"My husband and I stayed here with our kids and his sister’s family. It is very family friendly as it has a fenced in yard, high chair, pack n play and even plastic eating wear for the kids. The home is nicely remodeled and very well stocked. We really enjoyed bbqing on the cute back patio and sitting under the cooling misters. It is in the heart of Burney close to a grocery store and only a 13 minute drive from the falls. We would absolutely stay here again. The host Becky is friendly and easy...

"Perfect location for fishing Hat Creek! Enjoyed the spaciousness of the kitchen and living area with 2 couches, and the deck for wildlife viewing and stargazing. Gracious hosts were very responsive to questions. Wonderful home base for our trips to Burney Falls and Lassen National Park. Would definitely stay again!"

"House was in a great location - fishing 10 to 15 min, shopping 5 min. Fantastic. The house was big and set up well, beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard was big and fully fenced for our little dog we brought with us. We were there for 6 days and would most definitely stay again. It's a great place "

"This was a nice place to stay for our family for the price. Lots of little touches for convenience and to make it homey. The mountains are beautiful. The lake is low but on the opposite side there is a place to launch boats. The neighbors are close but we didn’t see or hear anyone."

"The worst experience Ive ever had with a rental, by far. I would not recommend renting this property, nor any other that is managed by EVOLVE. They have taken advantage of renters and owners across the country, it is well documented. This house was disgusting, we left without staying an hour. I was shocked that they would present a home in this condition to anyone. Drove 4 hours to stay here, then had to find another place to stay, which was over an hour away, because the house was so filthy....

"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"
