"Stayed 3 nights. Two retired men who fish near Burney this time of the year. The Bungalow was very clean and has everything you may want or need. The site makes you feel very secure and the enclosed small boat & trailer parking in the back yard area worked out perfect by not having to bring all your fishing gear into the house each night. You can’t beat the location for access and nearness to food shopping. Great, well supplied kitchen. Highly recommended by us and hope to stay there again."

"What can I say? This cabin literally has famous Hat Creek in the backyard! It gives easy access to Baum Lake, lower Hat Creek, Pit River and Burney Falls. The house is clean and well appointed. Layout is perfect for families. We had a great time and hope to come back again!"

"Great location between many natural attractions. Ron furnished a great deal of info left in the unit. We cook meals and nearby Burney has Safeway and a large discount grocery. All necessary items were supplier per the listing … in very adequate quantities and selection. We really enjoyed our time in the cabin and the area. Not sure the future will bring us back that way but woul definitely stay on Ron’s home again."

"Great spot to fish and access the state and national parks. The sun room looking over the river is a wonderful spot to play cards or enjoy a meal. We spent so much time in that room as it was just a beautiful view. Will continue to go there every year i can."

"We rented for a place to sleep while we spent our days at Burney Falls with our daughter and grandson. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. I’m sure this property needs some renovation but it’s not dirty or smelly. Would stay again"
