"Beyond words beautiful!! The setting is breathtaking and the cabin is perfect, just the right size and equipped with everything you need. The owner, Jim, was also incredibly kind and helpful….impeccable customer service and focus that you don’t tend to get anymore these days. They also have two beautiful wooden chairs by the river out the back door, which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and absorbing this small piece of Heaven! 10/10, BOOK IT, you will not be disappointed!!! "

"We really enjoy staying at The Inn At Mazama. It was quiet and clean room with a comfortable King bed, and a quiet AC/heater. There was a nice restaurant and a grocery store nearby. It was perfect place to stay and go hiking. We will definitely go back there!"

"Our family of six including parents in their 80s had a magical time at the Happy Trails cabin. The log construction is beautiful and reinforces the cozy, warm feeling of the home. We've been staying in the Mazama area for the last 30 years and love being near the Country Store and all the Mazama area has to offer. The OSH pub is a welcomed addition to this special part of the valley. The star-gazing is second to none and the peacefulness is so welcomed. The sauna is a lovely treat as is access...

"This was a lovely place to stay for an extra long Memorial weekend trip! The property is close to all the fun things in Mazama - hiking, biking, climbing, the Mazama Store/Brewery, and was a beautiful location to hang out at as well! The small, attached studio was perfect for my partner and I. Dawn was quick to respond to my questions and very helpful as well. I would absolutely try to stay here again! "

"Great spot for a hiking adventure with a drinking problem. 😉 Me, my bestie and my brother spent a full week enjoying the cabin, Mazama and the various trails, passes, peaks, lookouts and the stream behind us. "We loved this place! Even better in person than online. Very well equipped, comfortable bed, cute little deck in the back with Adirondack chairs—great place to have your coffee and watch a deer skip by. Warning—WiFi signal is really bad, so plan on unplugging during your stay. It was not a problem for us, but could be for others. Other minor issue was that we arrived at 8pm and hadn’t had dinner. There is a super cute pizza joint (Jack’s Hut) on the Freestone property, but it is only open 8-5pm....

"The cabin lived up to its description. Even though there are other cabins nearby, it was quiet and felt private during the middle of the week. For me, it was a good place to just relax and read a book on the back porch, while listening to the river not too far away."
