"Our group had 3 adults and 4 kids and we were comfortable. There were plenty of space to sleep and lounge around. The back deck is also a lovely spot for morning tea or evening relaxation. The cottage is a short drive into town, Toccoa Falls, and nearby restaurants. It is obvious that the family host put a lot of love and care into the cottage. We especially appreciated the thoughtfulness of the host family offering to show their farm animals to our kids. Overall, it was a memorable experience!"

"This house was perfect for our girls’s weekend - there were 9 of us and we had plenty of bed and bathroom space. The view of the lake was lovely - enjoyed sitting on the dock in the mornings and afternoons - very quiet section of the lake. Saw 3 deer on the property one morning. Very well stocked kitchen - five stars!"

"The lake cottage was adorable. It was clean and updated. My favorite feature was the sliding shower door! It had everything we needed. The lake was just a short walk through the woods. We saw deer every day we were there. Nice quiet neighborhood, too."

"The house itself is great, the view is beautiful! We loved seeing deer each day! However, the property needs maintenance, the interior needs upkeep (light bulbs out, remotes need batteries, Master Bathroom sink remains clogged, interior drawers and cabinets need cleaned but the biggest concern was pest control (too many live roaches!) "

"I’m from Georgia and went home for a weekend and it was perfect! They provide a fully stocked cabin, comfy beds, enough room for the entire family or a large group of friends, private yet close to everything! The only thing I would suggest is getting there, the address doesn’t show up for the cabin on GPS, but there is a gravel company at the bottom of the hill on the main road that if you gos that, no issues every time getting there. Would stay again and again! "

"The host Stephen was very easy to communicate with and super accommodating. We had a family get together and the house for us perfectly! You are at the lake in the woods so expect spiders.. we swept and sprayed and enjoyed our time with no issues. We used the dock and cove and truly enjoyed how private it was.. truly a great find!
