"The property was great and exactly as described. The location is great with easy access to the springs in the area.we enjoyed having the kayaks available to enjoy the river and the view from the balcony is great. There were a few gnats about outside but none of them were of the biting kind. Would definitely stay again."

"Came during scallop season and couldn’t have been happier with this rental. Short walk to the dock to go scalloping which was a plus. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in Steinhatchee because this place was as advertised. "

"The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!"

"We had a great stay! My husband and I came to fish for the weekend, and it was so nice being close to everything but not needing to go anywhere if we didn’t want to. The bed was super comfy, the full-size appliances made it easy to cook nice meals, and the WiFi is great! "

"Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs"

"We spent two weeks at this delightful property and enjoyed every minute of it. The scenery is incredible--we sat outside on the deck or porch every day and watched the river flow by. Just beautiful! The house is charming and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. The area is quiet and peaceful, a great place to relax and unwind.
