"As the ad says, there is plenty of sleeping spots....most memory foam. House is old and in good shape and everything worked just fine. Zero communication from manager until we were a day into the stay, which was greatly needed the day before or at least day of arrival. They were all "stock" form messages, so no need to send them nearly after the stay ended. Only disappointment from the stay."

"This location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. You are 12-20 minutes from great restaurants by Lake Erie, the zoo, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cedar Point, and the rental car return at the airport. "We enjoyed this property enough to book it again in May. It’s a quick 5min walk to the cleveland clinic cancer center, The reason for our stay. The grocery store downstairs was the best part. We were able to make our meals at the condo. We ubered to little italy and the baseball field for less then $15. Friendly staff and they even had an eclipse party on the outdoor area with music, pizza and soda. My only complaints was our dishwasher didn’t work any the water had a sulfer smell the first...

"Loved our stay at the lake house! Spectacular take your breath away views. Got to see the Northern Lights over Lake Erie. Woke up to the waves crashing and bald eagles. Would have paid double for this experience. Would come back. "

"We really loved this house! Beautiful view of the lake, quiet neighborhood, good access to nearby shopping. The house is in great shape, extremely well maintained. If you like clean, this is for you! We don't rent often so this was a wonderful experience. The host was incredibly helpful and always available. Next time in Cleveland area, we will be sure to book this again!"

"The staff was amazing. Highly recommend you pay the extra for breakfast. I had an omelette with a side of bacon made fresh and it was extremely worth it. Hotel is clean and the room we booked had plenty of space. "Bom atendimento, cafe da manha longe do que temos no Brasil, apartamento bom mas com cozinha microondas fogao mas nem um prato ou talher para hospedes e a limpeza precisa melhorar...a cama tinha cheiro de cigarro lencois e cobertas foi bem desagradavel isso."

Bom custo-benefício

"O hotel tem uma boa localização em downtown cleveland, oferece café da manhã e tem um bar. Porém, fiquei hospedada em um quarto de acessibilidade e o banheiro molhava inteiro quando tomava banho. Além disso, meu quarto era em frente a rua, onde tem uma igreja e o sino fica tocando o dia todo. Eu não tenho sono leve, então não foi um problema para mim, porém, é bom ressaltar, porque minha amiga, por exemplo, acabava acordando com o barulho. O hotel não tem estacionamento. Se você precisar estacionar, terá que parar nas redondezas da região ou terá que pagar USD 45/dia. A limpeza do quarto não ocorre todos os dias e sim 'um dia sim, outro não'. De toda forma, acho que foi um bom custo-benefício."
