"Our family stayed during the 2024 Eclipse, and we enjoyed an amazing experience in a beautiful location! Pros: excellent location right on the lake, well-stocked kitchen with relatively sharp knives (unusual for a rental!), great communication with the local agent, easy check-in and check-out. It was actually a bigger space than it looked like in the photos online. Cons: The plumbing is a little funky - the sink and downstairs toilet gurgles when you flush the upstairs toilet. "The house was perfect for our group. Very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, however, we were quite disappointed with the waterfront. The pictures are very misleading. There was so much grass and weeds in the water, you could not swim there. Otherwise, it was very quiet and relaxing. "

"Great lake setting. Nicely appointed. Rooms and beds were great. You have to be ok for multi bedrooms accessing the one bathroom located in the master. The lofted singles being accessed via a pull down attic ladder was an issue. Overall it is a great property, but has a couple of quirks. If you are a smaller group, it likely won't have any impact. We appreciate all of the excellent responses and service from Jason in preparation for our stay. "
