Enjoy the beautiful country scenery on the drive down to this A-frame cabin. As you get near, you approach a small bridge that crosses the river, followed by a few minutes of gravel road. The A-frame is located on a nice park-like 1 acre lot right on the river!

The space:


As you come in you will see one bedroom to the left with 1 king bed on main floor and bathroom to the right. You enter an open space area with cathedral ceiling where you'll see a fully equipped kitchen a large sectional/living room area and dining area. Large windows allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the river. Upstairs you will find a 1 queen bed.
Large Deck outside is great for entertaining, while the large yard is great for games!

Other things to note:

By accepting your reservation, you accept to use hot tub at your own risk. Please follow posted rules.

Use phone GPS for directions. Use main roads I-81 to Route 11 to Zion Church Rd

Use sandals or water shoes. It is hard to walk on the pebbles in the river without it.

Up to 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed, please include in your reservation when booking.
No Pets Allowed on furniture. Pet must be on tick/flea prevention medication.

Caution with children due to stairs, sharp knives/kitchen appliances and no crib available.

Enjoy the river at your own risk. Children/pets should not be left unattended.

We spray the house regularly for bugs, however, there are certain bugs common in the area. Please do not leave windows or doors open, specially at night. Thank you.

Cute cabin, beautiful setting

The cabin was small but cute and very well equipped. The setting was stunning. A shaded grassy yard leads to the river, which was beautiful and had a view of the mountains. The river was swift but very shallow. Not deep enough to kayak or canoe but perfect for a beach chair with your feet in the water. Watch the weather because thereā€™s a very low and narrow bridge you have to cross to get in/out of the area. It was flooded when we left but we got out just in time. Again, gorgeous settingā€”absolutely beautiful.

Amazing spot!

We have been coming to the river for years and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed at! The hot tub was super clean and the spot on the river is so nice! You can sit on the rocks and relax!

Very relaxing!

Stayed her with my boyfriend for his birthday. It was a nice getaway stay! The place was super cute and had everything you needed. We were able to go to the caverns and hangout around the house it did rain so we didnā€™t get to do many outdoor activities but still a beautiful scenery while watching scary movies. Definitely needed it.

I stayed here for a few nights with my 8yo daughter and it was wonderful. The property was clean, well-stocked, and a great oasis. We loved how secluded it was, the sound of the river, and the hot tub! I used the gas grill several times (it seemed new!). The game room was fun and everything else was well-appointed. Host was very responsive!

Snowy getaway

This getaway was excellent! The cabin is in the cut as to be expected but not difficult to fine and a good comfortable distance from town and to neighboring homes. The bridge to the trail is a bit narrow but is solid structurally. The cabin is exactly as advertised. Very modern and clean, comfortable beds s furniture, the hot tub was amazing and very clean. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry was well stocked and maintained as advertised. The water does as the sulfur smell, I believe this can be improved with well water tablets (I may be mistaken) overall it isnā€™t a dealbreaker. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the sound of the river is so soothing. I would definitely recommend this place and would return again! Thank you for such great comfort and friendliness with this getaway!

Short getaway

My husband and I booked this last minute. Cell service is very spotty in the area so download the directions beforehand. We arrived late evening and it was quite dark but had no difficulty finding the place. Entrance was simple, house was clean. We could not appreciate the beauty and peace until the morning. You can hear the babbling water from the deck. Lots of song birds And woodpeckers. Inside, the kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. TV was easy to use. I would recommend bringing extra towels. Overall it is a very nice peaceful place to stay.

Great easy stay

Everything was very clean, in order, the hot tub was easy to use, and everything matched the description. It was a great experience overall. Great location, good quality of appliances and very convenient for hiking, visiting a couple of towns nearby, and overall having a great relaxing time, The only minor thing to note is the slight smell of sulfur in the tap water, but we were told beforehand (so, not an issue).
