Overall the house was clean except a few corners in the living room and kitchen that had some dead bugs and a bit of dirt/dust. "We stayed in the 2 bedroom Barkley Cottage for a week with our family of four. Check in was easy, we received a door code before we arrived. There are three “cottages” which are all in the same 1924 duplex house. Each has a separate exterior entrance. The 2 bedroom cottage is one half of the original duplex, while the other half has been retrofitted into two smaller one bedroom cottages. I would suggest that the owner put a picture of the outside of the building on the website so you know what you’re looking for. It is a two-story brick building that looks like it was once business, it is not individual family home and the apartment is upstairs. "This property is great. The home is well furnished and very comfortable. Great manager to work with as well. The location is very convenient to the Little Rock area. Easy to get in and out of. The back yard is nice and gated for pets to be secure. Love it and hope to stay there next time we are in Little Rock."

"The property is in the perfect location, nestled in the woods but not too far to drive to restaurants or places to hike around. The owners are very kind and helpful, we loved staying here! The bed was comfortable and the cottage had everything we needed. "

"House was really pretty. Unfortunately the tenant was home and after calling the landlord, we determined the whole rental was a scam. Neither Vrbo nor I could contact the "host." I had to book a hotel room for $300/night at the very last second... 4 hours after I shouldn't checked-in, but Vrbo insisted that I give it a little more time."
