"The tea towel for drying dishes was absolutely stinking of dampness, obviously wasn't clean! There was no kitchen roll so had to use one of the bath towels - it also had dirty marks on. The livingroom/sitting area was stinking of dogs. The plug-in air freshener was empty. Couldn't figure out how to use the grill."

"Caravan was comfortable and was OK for the couple of nights we stayed However some half used items of food had been left in the fridge and the furnishings were a little worn. Caravan and bed were creaky although this was mainly down to the high winds the weekend we were there."

"The hotel did not inform us that it was under complete reconstruction and offered us an alternative that was out of the local area we expected and gave us less tha than 24 hour notice when everything in the area was booked up due to a major sporting event. Very shadey way to operate. "

"Hosts couldn't do enough for us..keot us safe by telling us how to travel and cheapest way..we travelled to Glasgow. They were at the end of the phone if needed..they even picked us up shopping to save us carrying. We had a nice relaxing holiday..would definitely do it again"

"Two nights with little sleep - the main culprits being the polyester sheets on the bed and the constant clicking from the radiator. Not a restful break at all. It has a pleasant enough setting, albeit up a rutted farm track, and would probably be more fun in summer, but is not really suited for dark and cold winter nights."

"There was nothing not to like about the flat. It was very reasonably priced, had a lovely view of the water and Arran, it is central enough and on the second floor. It was very clean. The only thing it lacked was a dishwasher but that’s not a big deal when there are only two of you. "

"We have just returned home from a very peaceful and relaxing couple of days at Cleeves Cabins. We stayed in the Arran Lodge which was very clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed for a wonderful stay including a wonderful hot tub on the decking. We spent many hours in the evening relaxing and watching the stars in the lovely warm hot tub. "Property was spotless, beds comfortable, Wi-Fi very good, kitchen well equipped, though none of the odds and end like salt and pepper often found in a self catering place so take absolutely everything you need with you. Perfect wee village- pub excellent with a limited choice of pretty good pub grub and less than a 100yard stagger away! Lovely walks on the doorstep and beautiful scenery, and sheep."
