"From booking our stay to closing the door when we left everything was spectacular. Our host was absolutely wonderful. Communication was superb. Not only was the location of the house perfect it was decorated beautifully and spotless. Even though we couldn’t use the pool due to the time of year we went it was absolutely beautiful to look at. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. Instantly felt and we cannot wait to visit again I highly recommend...

"Great stay and wonderful property. The first stay that didn’t have a book and list full of restrictions and checkout instructions. After a whirlwind weekend celebrating our daughter ‘s engagement, this was a welcomed surprise! Everyone enjoyed their stay, including our two labs. Great fenced in yard that gave them plenty of room to exercise. We will be back!"

"Very Nice house!. Clean and close to all the wineries. The beach was residents only parking and we did not have a pass. Was not a walk to it either. Maybe could have got a pass for the day, but we got there late and just drove in and out. We found out that a lot of the beaches in North Fork require Resident parking Passes. We really enjoyed our stay and found it very Relaxing.Thank you Carl for a nice home to hang out for a few days.."

"We were a family of ages from 70 to 3 and we all agreed that this house was made for our family! It afforded privacy when needed and lots of different locations for family gatherings. Its location was stunning and convenient to everything the North Fork has to offer. Rain or shine there was tons to do.Wonderful host as well! I could go on and on!"
