"Perfect for our needs. Nice big open kitchen living room area was great for our family. We were an older group that can’t get together that often and this was really a common area that was good for all of us to connect. Peaceful morning overlooking the river enjoying our coffee. Would definitely rent again. Host answered all questions in a timely manner."

"The house was very spacious, clean and all amenities listed were available to use. Only thing I'd mention is that one of the showers weren't working and we were not able to connect to the wifi but, the host was very responsive during our stay. Late to respond prior to booking but, overall my group had a great experience, the surrounding area is beautiful. The pool and backyard area was nice, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to have a large group gathering with friends...

"We had a wonderful family vacation. The house had accommodations for babies through adults. There was space for everyone to spread out. We all enjoyed the pool and the big yard. The kitchen had everything we needed. We are already tss as liking about coming back next year."

"Margaret is just wonderful. We felt like we were staying at a dear family member’s home. Stayed in her very private upstairs suite and it was perfect for me, my wife and our pup. He had a blast running around the yard, meeting the chickens going to the bay beach etc. We had the best time! Thank you Margaret!!"

When we arrived at your home, we were very pleased with the location, surrounding neighborhood, the town the house was located, and the house itself. We were very comfortable and felt as if all our amenities were met. We really enjoyed walking to Jacob’s Beach—such a pretty place. We will definitely stay at this home again. "

"We had a great family time with ten of us at Michael's beach house. The location is perfect, especially for children, with immediate access to calm, warm bay water and a private beach. Michael was outstandingly responsive when questions arose and was generous and understanding. The house itself is not new but is spacious and extremely well equipped,with every imaginable kitchen gadget, beach toys, and toys and books for kids.. The excellent air conditioning was a help on hot, sticky days. ...
