"We had a perfect stay at the Strozzi Palace in Cheltenham. The building is very well located, close to the High Street, shops and restaurants, but yet at a tranquil and silent comer of the city. "Myself and my partner stayed here for a friends wedding. It was perfect - we got the family room just so we had a bit more space. The kitchen was very functional, had all we needed, so we just brought the food. The bed was comfortable, clean and convenient bathroom. "I was amazed at the high standard for money here. Super-comfortable and spacious apartment with lovely touches such as a fresh fruit bowl, breakfast items and coffee machine. Very nice lady there to check me in. Tiny quibbles : I got the email via hotels.com with check in instructions on the day of my check-in, and I was driving so never saw it until after check in. Would be better to send the day before. Also, idiot-proof instructions for the coffee machine and dishwasher would have helped me!...

"Very central to various places in the Cotswolds but such a joy to return to and to get up in each morning. Everything was there that we needed and I enjoyed the outside space to sit and read a bit and to dry some laundry. So bright and airy, roomy….we just loved Exchange Cottage and would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

"We had a great time at the lodge, it was spacious, well presented and in a nice wuiet location. All amenities were as listed and we didn't find anything wanting. The children found lots to do at the hoburne site and we could relax in the peaceful surroundings. Overall, a wonderful base ro explore the area. "

"Returned to this property a second time for a large family gathering and once again it didn't disappoint. The house and grounds are so well kept. Both adults and kids can be entertained as well as feeling relaxed. The memories that have been made from our visits often come up in conversation and now we've more to reminisce.
