The room was perfect. We had a complaint about noise from our neighbor and we were moved to another room with an apology from the staff for our experience.
This service was superior!!

"My family and I love staying here a few times a year. Its always so beautiful, scenic, and friendly. We feel like the whole estate and property is just ours. The staff is always professional, friendly and caring, and Heather will always greet you with a lovely smile. "
"This B&B is in such a perfect location! Easily walkable to all the things we wanted to do. Staff was immediately attentive and there for your every need. Rooms were wel appointed but a bit on the small side. Living room and front porch were wonderful places to relax and take in the sights or just chill on the porch swing. Breakfast choices were all delicious and graciously served. Only drawback was parking was pretty pricey for the small lot. Definitely reccommend!"

I was impressed with the location, the detail to cleanliness, and the commitment to the environment. "This is a beautiful hotel. We were given a room with a balcony. Gorgeous view of the bay. Lovely watching the sunset and then sunrise from the balcony. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. For the price would've been nice to have breakfast included but that's minor. "
"Great location and close to great restaurants. While pet friendly it was difficult to find a doggy potty area. The bathroom had had a leak that was barely patched and the bath had no fan. The parking was valet and we thought our car was parked in an enclosed area but we later saw it in a school parking lot."
"The closers on the doors are so harsh, they rattle your ear drums. It is difficult to sit in the lobby and read with the doors banging all of the time. Even the checkin clerk has a door behind him that goes bang all of the time. Children under 10 would have a hard time even getting out of a room, in case of fire."
