"everything was good and i enjoyed the hotel, only thing is the separate pool that i thought was a hot tub, wasnt and i wish it was. there was a lack of hot water showering especially and the bed was very uncomfortable. still worth my stay. beautiful place and location is safe and a 10 minute walk to the beach! "to be honest the keys barely work and it's just a little bit rough with the parking. you have to use a key and then there's like a gate and then with the door it's very rough. but honestly it's amazing service. the girl in the leasing office is awesome and I do think it's a great place. there's only one pool though. they say there's six but you have to walk to different places so be careful with that. it's a little tough to get to and stuff but it is a nice place overall"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at the Blue House. It is small, but had every thing we needed and It sits on a beautiful and quiet beach. Surrounding area is very friendly. We shopped at the nearby markets and ate at nearby sodas. Our hosts were wonderful. Digna and her husband were warm and welcoming. We felt very comfortable. "

"10 of us stayed at this beautiful property for a 40th birthday celebration, it was perfect! The house and view are even more gorgeous in person, it's called Sunset Villa for a reason!!! Checking in was a breeze, Yesenia was fabulous and we had no trouble communicating via Google Translate. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for convenient travel to the beach and around Playa Flamingo, although the stairs provided a great little work out! We rented vehicles as well so day tripping to Tamarindo...

"This home on Playa Potrero had everything we needed for our party of 13 adults and 4 boys, ages 5 to 8 to enjoy 8 days in Costa Rica. "Well kept colonial townhouse 5 min walk from the beach. Traveled with toddlers, so walking to the beach or up to the pool was a bit of a challenge. There’s some noise from the road, but we used WN to sleep, so didn’t really notice. The facilities are great, house had everything we needed. Would stay again."

"We couldn't have asked for a better spot. We rented both adjoining properties and had plenty of room for our large group of 32 people. Manfred was attentive to all of my msgs and responded quickly.
