" This house is even more amazing in person! I rented the Hobbit House for a mini getaway and birthday escape for my boyfriend, and it was perfect. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a cozy cabin feel, stone flooring, a beautiful bathroom sink, a mini kitchen, a hot tub, and a fire pit outside. "Inside the cottage was very ‘cozy’ though outside is a bit of surprise. Hot tub was great! But it’s close to the street and very close to 2 other properties. We checked in on a Sunday and had difficulty with the lights. We did not hear back until the next day. I let them know k cup coffee maker and toaster weren’t working properly, new was brought out to us. "

"Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend stay here. The property is spacious and quiet, and we enjoyed splashing in the creek running through it. The rooms are spacious and most have their own bathroom, so there was plenty of room for a big group to spread out and not feel crowded. We did cook most of our meals in the house and my only feedback would be to provide a few more kitchen supplies like mixing bowls, serving trays, etc. "

"This is by far the best home we have stayed in! The property is immaculately clean and the amenities are as described and then some. We were visiting our student at WVU and the location was perfect. The ride to downtown was only 5 minutes and we had a blast on Cheat Lake which has breathtaking views and was a short 20 minute ride.
