"We had a great time and will definitely option for a return stay. The house fit our group of 23 comfortably. We enjoyed family dinners on the large picnic table and a nightly bonfire. Our kids ranging in age from 3 to 21 enjoyed boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming, biking, and many other things that the house and area had to offer. The cottages were just great. It gave us just enough privacy when needed. Everything was very clean and setup nicely. Everyone enjoyed the boat...

"The only ‘concern’ we had was that the heated pool wasn’t heated. Ice cold. Also, one other minor issue was that there were no coffee creamers supplied to the unit. Other than that, the stay was pretty good and room ess quiet and comfortable. "

"The house was clean and had a cozy feel. Good location too, with a lot of restaurants/ neat stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking to go on vacation to Connecticut."

"Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Sofa bed couch was uncomfortable. We walked to downtown Mystic. Only half a mile. Vrbo gave us the wrong code for the door lock and I didn't have the email for the host. Fortunately the downstairs guests had the email and we got in."

"The house was perfect for a large group! We used it for our wedding party and the house was awesome. Had everything we could have needed. Katie was an awesome host and is very responsive! Would 1000% recommend!!!"

"A group of friends and I stayed at this property for a weekend and absolutely loved it! The access to the water is amazing, plus the sleeping accommodations are perfect for lots of people. The kitchen was also very well equipped and great for cooking for a large group. We had a great time, and I would highly recommend this to anyone! Hope to return soon."

"We rented the cottage property because it was close to family. Both the kitchen and bathroom has been update- we did not do any cooking during our stay so can’t comment on that area. But we really appreciate the instant hot water in the bathroom. We stayed in the upstairs bedroom which was comfy with lots of closet space and room. "

"We loved this spot! It felt like our home away from home during our time in Mystic. The property is very close to many of the tourist spots as well as downtown Mystic. Shaun was a wonderful host and the place was clean & comfortable. The only thing I would point out is that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. Not a problem for me because I was traveling with my sister so there was no awkwardness going through the bedroom to access it but may be something to consider for some...

"My boyfriend and I loved our stay in Mystic! I’m originally from CT so I loved showing him where I grew up! The property was lovely but the listing was slightly inaccurate. Onsite parking is not provided and it’s a shared rental unit with yearly tenants. That didn’t bother me and my partner, but we were under the impression that we were booking a single unit with parking when we had booked it, so if thats something that matters to you I would not book it for only that reason! "We loved our trip. The cottage is beautifully done and the views incredible. We appreciated the hospitality extended by our host (and Nico the dog!) and enjoyed exploring the nearby woodland. Our kids are already asking if we can go back and visit again. "

"The hotel itself is nice, but my room was not cleaned, only after I complained at the front desk. One day I complained after 5 pm, and it got cleaned, but very poorly. The next day I complained again, but this time no one came. Terrible service, especially for a Marriott."
