"Beautiful remote location to get away. 30 minutes from the lake and 1-2 hours from Copper Falls and Bayfield parks. Cozy cabin with lots of wildlife around (Black bears, Deer, skunks etc.) AC and heat work great outdoors were beautiful, but make sure to bring mosquito spray as it is woods by water. Will come back again in the future! "

"This was a very nice place for our stay at the Apostle islands. I gave five stars for everything except for the location. Somehow, I expected to see the lake from the condo, but it is in the woods. That didn’t matter though because it was fine in every other way. We would book it again if we come back to Bayfield. "

"We had an amazing time! The cabin is gorgeous and well equipped for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the lake and using the canoes! The water is so clear and was very refreshing. Mike was a great host and responded quickly when an issue arose so that it didn’t affect our stay. Would 1000% recommend and hope to one day be back!"

"The Fogerty cabins are so cute and Jim and Carol were both very nice. The cabin had all the amenities needed, and if you're not sure, message the hosts and theyll get back to you promptly. Very quiet location and a great cabin for getting together with friends."

"This is a lovely, spacious, clean get-away. It's located in a nice area to enjoy the Northwoods in any direction. The cabin is well equipped with all the necessities of home, including a comfortable bed.We enjoyed traveling to see the elk at Clam Lake. We saw 3 bears and numerours other wildlife on our travels. "This was the second time we stayed, the first being in 2019. Both times the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would ever need. The entire house was neat, clean, and organized. A wonderful place to stay with family or friends and visit the surrounding area and all it has to offer. With so much to see and do in the area it’s easy to be on the go, but plan to stay an extra day or two to just enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the estate. "

"My husband and I were in Barnes for a friend’s birthday on 4th of July weekend, found Dana and Greg’s place, and loved it. They are so friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Plus Sophie is the best doggie greeter in Wisconsin. Thank you for the amazing fire pit and great tour of the lake!! You guys are the best. See you soon."

"Rental is within walking distance of Cable downtown area. There is an ATV trail behind the residence which you can walk (not busy with ATV's) to get to the town. Dog's are welcome at this residence. Location is great for access to the CAMBA mountain biking trails. Rental was clean and spacious. Would stay here again."

"Me and two of my girlfriends stayed from Friday to Sunday. Couldn't be happier with staying here. The place was clean and cozy. Had options to have a fire or visit the brewery down the road. Short walk to the marina. Short drive into town to hop on the ferry and visit Madeline Island or visit the shops in town. Highly recommend. "
