"Remote area, quiet with friendly neighbors. Needs new pool chairs at the communal pool. Heater on private pools was not heated. If we needed anything we were able to communicate easily and promptly responded. Definitely would like to be back!!!"

"Our stay at this villa was excellent. Very clean, spacious and just as the pictures show. Hosts were easy to get a hold of and answered questions. The adult pool to use was just at the end of the street and the “Sawgrass Square” with live music and food just a short walk away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"Stayed two weeks. Convenient to everything. Public supermarket right around the corner. Pool area was great. Shade areas when the sun was too much. Very private good size pool. Swam laps daily. Would definitely recommend. "

"Loved our stay here, stayed for a week. It was a great location for us to take in WDW and both coasts. Kids loved the pool! There was plenty of space and bathrooms for our family of 6. I wouldn’t hesitate to book a stay here again. "

"Everyone in our party was thoroughly pleased with this property. Check in was simple, the home was beautiful, well maintained and had pretty much everything we needed to make us comfortable and at home. I was a little disappointed that I had missed in the fine print that the heated pool would be 30 dollars a night extra but that's on me. We didn't opt for it since we wouldn't be at the home enough to warrant the additional expense. In general, we'll keep this property saved for future trips...

"We enjoyed a week away from the cold weather at the Villages. This house was affordable and convenient to everything! Enjoyed having guest passes so we could take advantage of pickleball, yoga, belly dancing and air shooting! Loved all of the activities, music and dining at the nearby villages."

We were disappointed with dinner ware. Unpleasant to eat from. Kitchen otherwise addaquately equiped.Way too few towels and the 2nd bedroom had inadequate drawer space for a months'stay.We didn't know that there was no outdoor space or leni on the back.Owners very responsive to our communications.Regulating the heat...

"Everything was top notch here except the housekeeping did not service my room as was expected. I did not put up the do not disturb sign to prevent them from coming in and cleaning the room. I informed the lady at the checkout desk upon my departure and asked for the general manager to contact me and I would give him my personal comments as I told her it was disappointing That housekeeping skipped my room and didn’t clean it as I had expected them to do"
