"We had a great time. The property was quiet and well equipped for a river activity stay. Our plan was to kayak and see various river animals. We saw otters, dolphins, a manatee, lots of birds we've seen only in zoos, and turtles. We definately would stay again."

"We have rented houses through VRBO all over the U.S.This was easily one of the best!For starters it is so equipped,the kitchen has everything you need if you plan on cooking,dishes pots pans even some spices condiments tea bags coffee even splenda!All furniture inside and out beautiful,modern clean and comfortable.Hoube is so perfect and beautiful!OK,now the river.Your directly on it with steps leading you right in.They have kayakes life preservers floats.I really cant say enough about this...

"Needed a quick get away and found this little gem! Spent most of our time outside on the patio with our pup. Home came equipped with all the necessities for river activities, we enjoyed the short tour to the river itself and neighboring channels. Walking distance to the upper deck was also great if you didnt want to kayak or paddle up. "The house was amazing for our family of 8 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. The outside area was so relaxing. Beautiful water view and plenty of wildlife. We added the pontoon to our stay and loved taking the boat to the flats each day and canal cruising in the evenings. The area of Hernando Beach was easy to drive around in. No waits at restaurants and plenty of shopping close by. The host were easily accessible and timely with answering questions. We would love to visit again!"

"This house was an absolute dream! We and our guests were very happy with our entire stay. Its right on the river which is where you want to be. We really enjoyed the toys for the river and plan to come back as soon as we can. The pictures are exactly as they are in the house. Thank you Raymond for being a perfect host!"

"The house is located in a perfect spot on the river. We saw manatees, dolphins, fish, an otter and birds. We kayaked, swam and had a nice fire every night at sunset. My three daughters and three grandchildren joined me for a perfect birthday week. Summer, the property manager, answers texts immediately if you have any questions. This was my third stay at this property. I will be back."

"Good property to stay. Just be aware the property has 3 bedrooms, but the 3rd one is an open loft area and person staying in that room must walk through a second bedroom to use bathroom. A water/ice hookup would be appreciated on the refrigerator, as well as a toaster. Property was very clean."

"We were visiting the area to visit family and attend a baby show. The location was perfect for our needs. The property was very nice and the view from the 8th floor was worth a million dollars. When visiting this area in the future I would definitely stay again at this property and have recommended it to friends and other family members."

"Gostei muito do hotel, foi a primeira vez que me hospedei em Lutz. O lugar é muito tranquilo mas tem várias opções de alimentação ao redor, e de quebra, um outlet a 5 min de distância de carro. O hotel aparenta ser recente, assim como tudo ao seu redor. O quarto era amplo e bem decorado, camas confortáveis e bem silencioso. Café da manhã bem diversificado, muito bom. Recebimento de pacotes sem cobrança. Recomendo!"
