"We came to Nevada City to visit family, the Creekside Hideaway was the perfect accomodation for us. We are active seniors and enjoyed the easy access of downtown NC restaurants and shops. The studio apartment had everything we needed. It's unusual to find a King bed in a studio. The mattress was very comfortable with great linens and the outdoor patio by the creek was a place we enjoyed coffee and evening cocktails. We felt safe and secure I had some technical difficulties with my VRBO app, but...

"The host is amazing and was fast and very attentive to anything we needed. We had trouble with some outdoor lights and there was someone there to fix them in 10 minutes. My family cooks a LOT...and the kitchen and dining areas were great for our family reunion. The pool slide is fast and very fun! Great times had by all. Would stay here again. Thanks to the host and staff for making this a great experience for our family!"

"Let me start off by saying the two-star review seems a bit harsh. Here are my thoughts. Indeed, the pool lights go off at 9pm and you can't be loud past that time. The neighbors aren't super close, but I'm sure this property had issues with noise in the past and that probably ruined it for everyone going forward. The pool table and ping pong tables are smaller than your typical, but I thought the shuffleboard table was legit. The house was clean, no issues there. We had mild weather so I can't...

"This property is in a very nice neighborhood. The hoise is nice - plenty of space for 7 of us. The house itself is a bit dated, but the utilities (showers, toilets, A/C, lights, etc.) were top-notch. The grounds were the highlight - very well maintained, and the plum tree was stocked! A very nice deck off the kitchen. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus - clean and functional. We will definitely stay here again!"
