"Clean, in fact very clean. Well stocked with kitchenware, bath towels and pretty much anything else you need. The property owners are welcoming and available, if you should need them. This is our second year at the property for a group of 6 friends who used to camp outdoors in the winter. This place is warm and comfortable with nice views of the woods and lake. "

"We visited this property many years ago when it had different owners. After not returning for over a decade, we found it to still be amazing! The wood-burning fireplace, the jetted tub, the cozy bed, and the grill on the deck all contributed to a wonderfully enjoyable stay. We will definitely return!"

"This is the perfect little nook for a slower pace of life. The quaint town is quiet and relaxing if you’re looking to decompress. We had our two dogs accompanying us and it was the perfect amount of space for us and them. The house had enough entertainment with having WiFi and board games. Would definitely recommend and will be looking forward to renting this place again!"

"We were in town for a friends wedding. This place was only 12 minutes from the venue. We brought my brother and his fiance to watch our kids with us. This place was very nice with plenty of room for all of us. We played outside and had plenty of privacy. It was a 30 minute drive to the St Louis Zoo which we visited. Overall, great place and very friendly seller."

"We needed a place to stay for our son’s Army graduation. We wanted a place for celebrating him and my birthday. We had no idea everything was closed this time of year. We picked it for the wineries and breweries noted in description (walking distance/close by). They were not open (only on weekends and we were there M-Th). We had to drive 30min to get food/anything. "This property was clean and well stocked. It's only a few blocks to downtown Hermann so well within walking distance. We didn't cook while staying but there were plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Parking is on the street but it's not a busy street and we felt our car was safe.
