"Quiet and Secluded. We had a great time sitting around the fire, great memories, very clean, The kids had a great time. The top bunk mattress was fine for my 8 year old but would have been a bit stiff for me. My older son slept on the futon he loved it. Plenty of towels, The water heater is a small one but we could each get nice hot showers if we waited a bit between. It would reheat quickly for the next shower. "

"Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious and clean. Kitchen had some pantry essentials and everything needed to cook some nights. The grocery store is 3-5 minutes away. The drive toAcadia took us an hour and ten minutes to an hour and a half due to traffic getting on the island. It was nice to come back to the quiet house each evening. Would highly recommend."

"My husband and I stayed here while we were exploring Acadia, and we absolutely loved it. It’s secluded, peaceful and cozy. We stayed at the end of the season and the property was beautiful. It is very dark at night, so if you’re not comfortable arriving in the dark it would be best to drive in the first time before sunset. "We had such a lovely time at this place. It’s right on the water with a beautiful back deck and fire pit that overlook the ocean. The house itself was perfect for our family gathering. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were well-stocked with everything we needed. My only qualm is that we had stayed here because it was close to Bar Harbor - the listing said it was a 50min drive but was more like an hour 10min and there wasn’t much else to do in Milbridge.
