"Lovely little private and secluded cottage with pretty well maintained gardens, perfect for a few days away. Super clean and well equipped with everything needed for our stay. Great communication from owners, checkin and key access was a breeze. Bathroom was functional but is compact."

"Great two bedroom cottage quality fittings, well equipped, and in a fantastic location close to all of the pubs, restaurants, and shops. We used it as a base to do two long walks and then in the evening just walk out and back to the entertainment on offer. "

The children loved everything about Grassington, the shops, cafes, walks and a lovely meal at The Devonshire. "Not quite as it looked in the advert . The outside table and chairs give the impression you can sit out in a courtyard ..it's actually the drive up to the other property's . The next property was occupied by seven lads on a stag weekend who all came in there cars , therefore nowhere to park for our two cars .the weekend was also marred by the taxi turning up at the lads accommodation with a young lady in what can only be described as as nurses outfit and heels ... Not what we expected when we...

"We were a party of 10, getting together to celebrate the 60th birthday party of 2 family members. The house was beautiful, plenty of room for everyone, although to be honest we spend most of our time in the cosy but large kitchen and adjacent games room. Many period features allowed you to really experience how they used to love. Kirby Stephen high street was a stones throw away, making it convenient for local shops and pubs. Would highly recommend for a large family get together"

"The Reservoir View properties are all luxurious, beautifully styled and very comfortable, with all essential items provided. The Welcome Box contained lots of treats. A fabulous place for a short break. Communication with Sally, the owner, was excellent. The view over the reservoir is lovely and the walk into Pateley Bridge is great (though walking shoes are needed as it can get muddy)."

There is also plenty of everything so no washing up every time you have a cup of tea or use a plate. Communication with the owner is excellent and very informative. "We had four families together for New Year’s Eve. The house was perfect, the village is perfection. We look forward to coming again sometime."
