"The owners have set this cabin up to have everything you need while on vacation. I mean, I bought mayonnaise to make a sandwich and when I arrived I discovered they had mayonnaise and other condiments in the fridge and plenty of spice selections in the pantry. Thoughtful stuff like that really makes a place worth booking. This was a trip for two guys going to a sports meet, so we each got our own room, but we noticed that the cabin is priced low enough that it would not be an extravagant...

"The cottage was warm, inviting, and exceptionally clean! I felt like I had stepped into Hansel and Gretel's world. The paintings (done by the owner) were amazing, and the decor was top shelf. The bed was comfortable and the cabin itself was roomy. Chef Barbara and Rene were incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was included and I can't possibly describe the food....it was simply amazing. We left early on our last morning and were therefore unable to eat breakfast, so they actually made us brown...

"It was just what we needed for our visit. We were traveling for my mother-in-law’s burial at New Sweden Cemetery and this house worked out just perfect. It’s very cozy and had everything you need for the end of your day. If we ever get back to Maine we will definitely use this property again. Beautiful area."

"We LOVED our stay at this property. I had my two boys with me (ages 6 and 4) and it was so perfect for us. The house had lots of space for them to play with their toys and I love that the home didn't have a lot of "stuff" (i.e. - things my children could break - HA!). A lot of homes we rent I have to do a first pass and move any breakables but this home was ready for us when we walked in. We loved it and will be staying here every time we come to visit."

"My wife and I booked this cabin to watch the April 8th, 2024 total solar eclipse. This was one of the best vacation decisions of our life, we thought we may have to hike a bit, but we were so pleased we could see it right from the deck of the cabin. "Property very well maintained and quite beautiful, I was a little confused on what i had booked, so if you book a room your room is located above a garage and event center, they are very well maintained they have a mini fridge and coffee maker, with queen size bunk beds , a couch ,tv and small table, Also if you do book a room there is a flight of stairs you will have to climb not a problem for me , but little difficult for my wife ... anyone with a handicap with walking i would not recommend...
