A fisherman's dream vacation!

Walk in the front door to an open living room/counter/kitchen section perfect for one, two, three, or four people! There are two bedrooms, one on each side of the living area, both with queen beds. The bathroom is roomy with a standup shower, sink, and leads to the washer and dryer. A hairdryer is provided. There is a wooden counter with chairs for eating, or take your plate out to the back deck to eat while listening to the Big Laurel Creek located just a few feet away. The kitchen is all new with a side-by-side refrigerator, sink, stove/oven and is completely stocked with cooking utensils, plates for 4, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster and microwaive. The owner has also included a crockpot.

Entrance to I26 connecting NC and TN is just 2 miles up the road. You must have a valid fishing license to fish in the creek - - keep what you catch! This 600 square foot cabin is 20 minutes from Erwin, TN, 40 minutes to Johnson City, TN, 20 minutes to Weaverville NC, and 30 minutes to Asheville, NC. Enjoy trout fishing, peace and quiet! Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.

Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
