Perched directly on the Mississippi River, this vacation lodge boasts an incredibly beautiful panoramic view of the River and bluffs of Iowa and Wisconsin. Welcome to the Water Street Lodge. Whether you're here to fish onsite in the Mississippi or nearby trout streams, enjoy water sports, shop and eat, host an event, or just spending time relaxing with family and friends soaking in the scenery, you will create lasting memories at this spectacular property. The Lodge’s main level great room is a stunning space to entertain with a dining area that seats 16, while the spacious kitchen has everything needed to prepare full gourmet meals. Relax in the 4 person infrared sauna or by the fireplace while catching up with family and friends or settle in for a movie night on the large screen TV. This home has 2 oversized king master suites on the main level both with private full bathrooms and private access to the expansive deck overlooking the river. Upstairs you'll find 2 additional bedrooms with ample sleeping arrangements, each with their own private balcony. Upstairs also boasts a large bonus loft area for gathering, playing games, and watching a good movie or football game as well as another full bathroom.
The Water Street Lodge is within walking distance to wineries, shops, restaurants, and a casino. You can enjoy nature by visiting local attractions like Effigy Mounds, Pike’s Peak, or walk down the street for a Mississippi boat tour or use your own boat at the public boat landing next door to explore Pool 10. With 4 bedrooms that sleep 12, 3 1/2 baths, and 2,500 square feet of well-appointed living space you'll enjoy a relaxing environment after returning from each day’s adventure. Bring the whole family young and old as the home is handicap accessible with its ramped entry into the house as well as equipped bathrooms.

Please note train tracks run along the river and you will see and hear train activity so please plan accordingly. To be clear you will see and hear boats and barges from the front of the home and trains from the back. Your safety matters so please also note there is not a fence between house and river or house and train tracks.
