"We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. "The property is apparently quite new and it did appear to be. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We mainly didn't eat at the property. Not sure but it appeared they were short of options. Tried to book a table for 10 and they very kindly let us know they were changing their menu and had shortages. There are plenty of other options to eat very nearby. My one issue that I would like to bring up is the £15.00 per day charge for our dog. ( very small dog ) The reason I think this unfair...
