"We stayed at Three River Resort cabin for 4 days and it was perfect for our family. When we arrived, we were greeted with smile faces and the check in process was easy and also gave us some recommendations if we wanted to do things around there. When we got to the cabin it was very clean and ready to be used. It had everything we needed. Plus the kids loved their own space on the loft. "It was very clean and had all the things we needed. We bought sugar for our coffee not knowing if we would need it or not and ended up cleaning out the hummingbird feeders and putting fresh sugar water in them. They seem bigger there than in TN. It was perfect!!!"

"Mouse poop on beds ,window ledges and in kitchen cabinets and on top ofcwasher and dryer. The blinds on the skylight were broken sovto much sun came in and the bedroom was hot ,when asked the management for a fan ,they said they couldn't provide one. They also didnt fix the blinds or clean the mouse poop or put traps out. Nothing at all. Dead bugs everywhere and cobwebs and dust. The grill was without propane and very ,very dirty. When we told them ,somebody dropped off a full propane tank and...

"Cabin was nice, great location on a creek and easy to get to. Stayed in cabin 22 with four trucks and trailers as we hauled jeeps to do some wheeling in the area and there was ample parking room. Having a restaurant within walking distance was also very nice."

"This rental exceeded my expectations. We came to CO as a graduation gift to my son. We had myself, spouse, 2 young adult children and another couple. The cabin is centrally located to so many wonderful destinations. Gorgeous views and a fisherman's dream. The service the resort provided was top notch.
