"Wir waren als Ehepaar mit unserem Hund in dem Haus! Nach einer perfekten Vorabbetreuung durch den Besitzer wurden wir durch seine Eltern Assunta und Antonio sehr herzlich empfangen. Die beiden waren immer für uns da und haben unseren Aufenthalt noch mehr verschönert. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und alles ist hochwertig! "Nice appartment with swimming pool. Very relaxed and enjoying the poole inbthe summertime when we went to Puglia. The host surprised us with several local pasteries and food. She is very attentive. We could park our car in the garage (great!). Supermarked is nearby. When you want to explore Lecce and the southern coast this is the place to stay 👍 Many thanks to Monica and her family for the lovely 14 days stay. "

"Fantastic location. Great swimming from the rocky shore as long as it is fairly calm. If rougher there is a good beach a very short drive away. Interior of property is getting a bit tired. Showers are basic and need some maintenance. The property is overpriced, reflecting the location rather than the property as a whole. We also had a problem with cats on the property that appear to have been fed by previous guests. This meant that we could not really eat outdoors nor leave doors or windows open...

Proprietari gentilissimi e super-efficienti anche nel risolvere un problema a una doccia (riparata mentre eravamo in spiaggia, nell'arco di pochissime ore dalla segnalazione). Una meraviglia. "Wir haben zwei Wochen Ferien zu fünft in dieser Unterkunft verbracht (Ende September bis Mitte Oktober). Auf den ersten Blick war das Haus ganz okay, doch schon bald bemerkten wir gewisse Mängel. Die untere Wohnung haben wir nicht benutzt (zu feucht und dunkel [im Herbst] und die Dusche ist unbrauchbar/falsch konzipiert!). Im EG resp. "Wir waren 2 Wochen vor Ort (Ende August/Anfang September), perfekt für uns und unseren Hund! Kurzer Fußweg zum Meer, Garten mit Schattenplätzen! Wir hatten absolute Ruhe und konnten uns gut erholen! Einzig der Zugang zum Objekt ist etwas schwierig über eine steile Steintreppe, da das Haus direkt am Meer liegt (Felsenküste). Für uns war dies jedoch kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!"

"The house is absolutely beautiful, vaste, well organized, with intimacy for everyone (large rooms with bathrooms for each) and at the same time nice terrasse, garden and large swimming pool to be all together. Close to the coast and its beautiful coves, restaurants, boat tour, fantastic views...it's the perfect place to enjoy nice holidays with family and friends! We found life quite cheap compares to other similar places in the mediterranean coast."
