"After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The location was also perfect not too far from everything but peaceful enough to fully take in the local vibe. If you want to experience what living in Puerto Rico’s west side is really like, this spot is definitely a vibe....

"Everything was great, the rooftop viewing area is being worked on which didn't diminish the beautiful view of the beach. Aguada was perfect for me, restaurants near by, a short drive to Rincón, Crash Boat Beach and my favorite, local bars and nice people. Milly, the cleaning person is the absolute best! She called to make sure I know about the tsunami warning we had, she actually cared though not part of her job I'm sure. I would definitely come back."

"I loved this place! At first I was nervous to book due to all the positive feedbacks, I felt it was to good to be true. Then I realized it’s just as advertised, the place is safe, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, big tv, big bathroom, very clean. Has a beautiful kitchen. "A place that lived up to the pictures! The backyard was amazing. A great pool with a swim up bar, a beautiful fountain, plenty of space to relax and hang out with the iguanas. It was a very short walk to an isolated beach. The inside was spacious, a large kitchen, big dining and living rooms. Stu was a great host. I give this place my highest recommendation. "

The host was very responsive when we had a misunderstanding with the parking space. The property was very clean. "The property is across the narrow and somewhat busy road from what looked like a nice beach. Unfortunately our property was protected by iron gates and fence and the empty area across the street had a chain link fence protecting it. That said, it was comfortable, if a little spartan, and folks drove elsewhere to the beach. What was really great was the nearby waterfront restaurant Valmar, where we enjoyed a spectacular sunset meal. "

"We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "

"The service was friendly and expedient. The facilities were well maintained and appealing. The views to the sunset and the beach were excellent. The swimming pool bar and swimming pool facilities were fun. Quiet. Excellent security. Safe. Access to food places. Good proximity to downtown Rincon. I didn’t eat at the hotel but the menu I read seemed good. My only bellyache I was the condition of the beach chairs. Most of them were broken. Recommended. "
