"The reason communication was terrible is because the beach was contaminated and they did not warn guests of the risk. (DOH-Collier issues water quality health advisory on three Marco Island beaches; E coli at issue) The hotel has very good facilities and fun activities for children and adults. "I was here during Hurricane Helene. The owners contacted me right away about moving furniture inside (not a problem). The place is clean, cozy and cute. Kitchen fully loaded and I had lots of pots to fill with water (a hurricane was coming!) The beach theme throughout the place matched my vibe perfectly! Although the furniture upholstery needs a good make over, I loved the rattan! No candles or flashlight so I bought a pack of them for myself. Appreciated the big frig and the extra one outside....

"My wife and I stayed at this condo in late Oct 2024. It has an excellent view of the beach. It's very clean and well stocked. Elaine was great to work with. She responded to our questions very promptly and gave us detailed instructions on check-in/ check-out procedures. Elaine made us feel like she is very appreciative of her renters. Just prior to our trip Florida was hit by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Elaine kept us updated on the condition of the condo and Marco Island. ...

"The condo was as advertised. It had what we needed. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and the sunset from the balcony. It was convenient to food and fun. The beach was very nice. I was glad they had beach chairs and a wagon. Be prepared for a hike from the condo to the waterfront because the beach is very deep. We had a nice time."
