Your ticket to paradise is just a short drive from Ft. Myers, Florida, Regional Southwest Airport. At Apollo on the Beach Condo, unit 203, you'll have your own private, premiere over-sized balcony with southwest exposure, providing an unobstructed view of Marco Island's beautiful 3 1/2 mile white sand crescent beach. Unit 203 is a one bedroom, one bath setup that offers WiFi, newer tile, new furniture complete with sleeper sofa, and flat screen TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a 2 burner cooktop and new stainless appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher and combo convection oven/microwave. The Sunset Grille, voted 'best happy hour' on the island, is located on the ground floor. Newly improved and painted tennis courts. The Apollo is the only condo on Marco Beach that allows weekly rentals with the convenience of a restaurant on the premises!

You'll find excellent restaurants in Marco and Goodland, a unique near-by fishing village. The Marco Movie Theatre serves food while you're viewing the latest movie. Many restaurants will prepare your fresh catch. Rose Marina offers boat rentals for cruising or fishing, a narrated lunch or dinner cruise around the island and Key West Excursions. For relaxation, soak up the sun with a good book or go shelling while walking on the beach. If your daily routine includes exercise, then try the Apollo exercise room, rent a bike, scooter or wave runner, putt around on a near-by golf course, snorkel or dive, jet-ski or parasail. For less strenuous activity, visit the Immokalee Casino, take a helicopter ride or plane ride, or enjoy the many island shops and the Outlet Mall north of Marco. Nature lovers should check out Rookery Bay, and tour the Everglades in an air boat or swamp buggy or relax on a beautiful double decker boat to see the local flora and fauna. Beautiful sunset location
We enjoyed the condo’s beachfront location. It was nice to enjoy both beach and swimming pool. A coffee pot & filters and perhaps a comfy chair/chairs to watch tv would have been nice. Still a high 5 all the way. We’d love coming again.

Location is the highlight
Our stay here served our purpose of easy access to the beach with access just outside the pool area. The condo itself is okay. Comfortable bed, updated bathroom. The kitchen while updated is small with no oven. The living room area has a couch on one wall and a tv on the opposite with nowhere to set a drink or put up your feet. It didn’t make for a comfortable hang out spot on rainy days or evenings. The balcony is nice to have but not private. The property owner wasn’t the most responsive but there is a property management company involved. They over communicated. They provide a physical key that you need to pick up and drop off at another location. A comprehensive list of rules including limiting the number of towels that should be used, cleaning jobs and limited frills including toilet paper and coffee supplies made it less welcoming. All in all, this property is okay but would likely look elsewhere next time.

EXCELLENT STAY
First time to Marco Island. Well appointed, clean, condo located beachfront in nicely manicured section. Very safe for walks. Nice restaurant (Sunset Grill) attached to condo building. Easy beach access. 7-11 two minutes away, Publix about 15 minutes. Tennis and pickleball courts on site. Beach equipment included with room which is convenient. Balconies are very open and public to the neighbors but fabulous sunsets. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Great Location but...
We loved the location, our unit we stayed in was clean and the perfect size for a long weekend getaway. Unfortunately the rowdy neighbors in other units kind of ruined our stay. The unit directly next door and two units down, Im not sure how many people were staying in these but between the partying and screaming kids Id never stay again. Id also recommended updating the key entries. I appreciate the security but maybe upgrade to key cards since they have to be used so often. It was nice and convenient having the Sunset Grill downstairs.

Thanksgiving in the sun!
The property location is amazing, right on the shore with dolphins swimming daily. The property was clean but small and amenities are limited. We had to strategically plan our meals as there are only 2 stovetop burners and a microwave available. An oven would have been nice. The extra bedding for the pull-out sofa is hidden under the master bed - which we didn't find until our last night there. The pool and hot tub are a bonus however we were kicked out at 6pm and there is a "no jumping" rule in the pool. Overall it was a great time and you can't beat the location.

Forever returning
Such an amazing experience from the start. Very easy instructions to get rental property keys. Love how secure the building is! Room was perfect, it is small but we were never in the room unless we were sleeping or eating. Came with my wife and 2 kids (3 and 1)! Easy walk to the beach vs other places we have stayed at Marco in the past. We were here for the 4th of July and you could see the fireworks perfectly from our patio. Will definitely be rebooking for next year.

Can’t beat the location.
We stayed for a week here on Marco Island we loved going back and forth from the pool to the beach. Loved staying right on the water so you didn’t have to walk your beach chair very far. The water was super calm and worm and all of the restaurants we ate at were less than a 10 minute drive. Super nice to have designated parking as well. The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable so it checked all our boxes.

Nice, well maintained condo as advertised. However, need to stock a blanket for the pull out as it is part of the “sleeps four” and there were enough sheets and pillows but no blankets. But overall a nice condo in a great location.

The previous reviews are spot on - the view and balcony are amazing. The room is perfect for 2 people , clean but could use some updates . The restaurant downstairs is amazing ate several different meals and all were delicious- cocktails were also fabulous. The on site pool was relaxing break . The only negative was the key situation... needed to use a key to access EVERYTHING but the price, location and view can be beat!

This condo is on the second floor and is on the beach. It is very nice to be able to enjoy the beach and the pool so easily. The condo has beach chairs and umbrellas. It was perfect for two people. The balcony is large and overlooks the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable.

This property was pretty underwhelming compared to how the photos look. Not clean and needs some serious upgrading. Location was awesome but broken chairs on the patio, not even a sharp knife to use in the kitchen and and uncomfortable bed was disappointing. I would stay in the Apollo building again as location is awesome but would not rent this unit again.

Bitter Sweet
The property was very good overall. The location is excellent, the view is excellent, for the most part we enjoyed our stay, but we had issues. The biggest issues were the bed was worn out and very uncomfortable and the place was not cleaned well.
