"We arrived late at the hotel because there were torrential downpours while driving. So the weather delayed our arrival. During the drive one of my wipers also fell apart. So we arrived at the hotel and were exhausted. We were greeted by this delightful female at the front desk who not only greeted with a smile but also gave the address of a local valvoline.
