Enjoy spending time in the covered patio either chatting with your friends and admiring the surrounding vistas or showing off your grilling skills using the gas grill. Inside, this family-friendly home offers guests a light-filled open floor plan seamlessly combining the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room comes equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV. It's a great place to unwind indoors, share funny stories, or simply snuggle up and watch something on TV. The kitchen is all about stainless steel appliances and helping the chef of the group. The dishwasher will have your back once chowtime is over and the coffee maker will be everyone's best friend, especially in the mornings.

The main bedroom has its own flatscreen TV and ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest's bathroom offers a convenient tub/shower combo. This retreat conveniently backs up to a greenbelt so make sure to pack some snacks, sandwiches, and water bottles before going out to explore!

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
