This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area near the Marbella city centre and the beach. With a maximum capacity of 8 guests, it has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a WC, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace, pool and garden. There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a large private heated (on request) pool and barbecue.

Family Stay

Villa had everything we needed. In resort contact was quick to respond when needed. The pool was a great size, but note after winds itā€™ll need a clean due to all the trees in close proximity. Main thing to note was two bedrooms got very warm with having no aircon and the children ended up with the parents. Location was great we took Ubers to most places with ease. Local shop had everything we needed and tennis courts were only a few mins away. All good overall.

Njƶt av detta fantastiska hus som bjuder in till umgƤnge och samvaro. KvƤllsfopp i poolen var populƤrt dĆ„ det var ganska varmt. Vi stƶrdes dock en del av ljudet frĆ„n vƤgen som var ganska hĆ„rt trafikerad. Ɩverlag Ƥr vi nƶjda med vĆ„r vecka i ert fina hus.

The most beautiful villa

We couldnā€™t have faulted our stay here, the hosts were so accommodating and amazing at communicating, they arranged taxis for us etc and were so helpful. The villa itself is BEAUTIFUL!! Was so clean and we couldnā€™t fault it. The villa is in a great location and close to everything, thank you guys so much again.

A lovely villa, which had everything we could have needed for our stay. The location was good, about a 10/15 min walk to the beach front and 20 mins to old town Marbella The pool was great, and so much outdoor seating for us to enjoy. Only criticism is that the pool filter was on a timer and off dor most of the day which meant the leaves built up in the pool. Otherwise a great stay

Well equipped villa

Stayed here in May 2025 with couples. Found the villa to be in a great location, easily walkable down to the seafront. The villa had everything you would need, the kitchen was well equipped. Villa was clean and looks exactly like the pictures. Over all we were all very pleased and impressed. We had a slight issue with the pool and we contacted the property manager who responded straight away and fixed the issue , so full marks for communication.The only thing to mention was some of our party thought the beds were too hard, and as per previous reviews, you are near to a busy road but this did not affect our enjoyment of the stay

Wir haben das Objekt fĆ¼r eine Woche Golfurlaub gebucht. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Unser Highlight war auf jeden Fall der Pool, der gegen GebĆ¼hr auch beheizt wird. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, sehr viele GolfplƤtze sind in der NƤhe und auch Restaurants sind fuƟlƤufig zu erreichen.

Good house for group of friends

The house is exacatly what was promised. The heated pool was bit chilly, but for us, Finns, it was not a problem. The location next to The road was not the most peaceful place but there was no noise inside The house. Living room was really cosy. We had good time there and it worked very well for our group.

Great Villa on the edge of town.

Situation perfect if you want access to the town without the noise. Nice large rooms large outdoor area great pool. Well provided kitchen. How to improve Have WiFi enabled Smart TV for device connections rather than by wire. Next door trees mean limited sun around pool Protectors on all of the mattresses meant sleeping was not as comfortable and a little hot.

Amazing 50th birthday weekend with friends

Had an amazing weekend here!! The villa is well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. 5 min walk to a supermarket that catered for all our needs, 20min walk to centre. Private, plenty of sunbeds and chairs for everyone, comfortable 4 double bedrooms. Good response from the managing agent when we needed him. Fantastic holiday, would recommend!!

Fantastisch verblijf in een prachtige villa in Marbella

Wij verbleven met 8 vriendinnen in deze nette villa en hadden een geweldig weekend. Vooraf hadden we WhatsApp contact met host JosƩ. Dat verliep erg soepel. JosƩ spreekt goed Engels, wat erg prettig was, ook tijdens de rondleiding bij aankomst. Omdat er geen gasten waren, konden we al eerder in de villa, dus direct na aankomst en ophalen van onze huurauto. De villa is zeer goed onderhouden en voorzien van rolluiken, wat voor extra comfort zorgt. Bij het zwembad waren er 8 ligbedden, hoewel er geen badhanddoeken aanwezig waren. Er is parkeergelegenheid voor ƩƩn auto achter de poort en nog twee plekken voor de villa. Verderop is er ook een grote parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Het centrum, het strand en diverse eetgelegenheden zijn op loopafstand. Voor wie niet wil lopen, zijn Uber en Bolt betaalbare opties. Binnen vier minuten lopen bereik je supermarkt Dia, waar je ook op zondag vers brood kunt kopen. Een minuutje verder is er een bakker. We genoten elke ochtend van ons ontbijt op het heerlijke buitenterras. De keuken is ruim en goed uitgerust met voldoende servies, een koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, vaatwasser en een oven. Daarnaast is er een wasmachine en een droger aanwezig, hoewel het even puzzelen was om deze te gebruiken. Vaatwasblokjes en wasmiddel waren ook aanwezig. Een klein nadeel was dat slechts twee kamers airconditioning hadden. De andere kamers waren voorzien van ventilatoren, maar ƩƩn daarvan werkte niet. Desondanks hebben we een fantastisch weekend gehad.

Beautiful outside/pool area

Brilliant villa with excellent communication from both the owners and villa management (Jose). Equipped with everything you need and the outside/pool area is one of the best weā€™ve had. It is on a main road but this didnā€™t bother us. The location is excellent with a supermarket up the road and only a 15 minute walk to the beach etc however it is on a very steep incline. One thing to point out, although air conditioned, bedrooms 3 and 4 arenā€™t. We were a family of 4 staying so this doesnā€™t bother us, but I do think it should be noted on the listing. All in all would highly recommend, we had a fabulous time.

Fijn huis in prachtige omgeving

Het huis was heel netjes en alles aanwezig. De gastheer ook vriendelijk en aardig. Alleen de kamers wel erg warm omdat de airco (aanwezig in 2 van de 4 slaapkamers) niet optimaal functioneerden. Voor de rest erg fijn huis. De locatie is ook prima. Het ligt wel een stuk hoger dan het strand dus je moet echt een heuvel op de terugweg. Voor ons geen probleem. Al met al echt een aanrader!

Friends weekend away

I spent the most wonderful 3 nights at the villa with x4 girlfriends pre-wedding. The villa was well equipped and a great location. Definitely need the pool heated as would be too cold otherwise! Would love to go back for longer next time! :)

Very nice Villa with warm pool

a pressant stay this weekend, although the weather was not that great, we had a lot of rain unfortunately. never the less, the villa was great, with a warm pool, and enough space for all off us, everything you need is available. 1 minor point. the beds are a bit small. we as dutchies are quite tall. beds are about 180cm long. it was a tight squeeze. but that didn't spoil the fun.

We took 4 teenage girls here and they loved it! Itā€™s only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. You have a supermarket just up the road and Ubers are cheap and quick to help get around if you donā€™t want to drive. The villa is well thought out and has plenty of space. I canā€™t think of anything we needed that it didnā€™t have. We had a lovely time exploring the local area and felt very safe. A great family villa.

Heerlijke week

Met ons gezin ( kinderen 12,15 en18) hebben we een week in de februari vakantie doorgebracht in dit prettige huis. De ligging is prima ; vlak bij de boulevard ( 10 minuutjes lopen), winkels en een mooie plek om steden als Granada, Ronda en Sevilla te bezoeken. Het huis heeft prettige bedden en fijne badkamers en een ruime keuken. Een klein minpuntje voor deze tijd van het jaar is dat het zwembad een beetje in de schaduw ligt maar wel verwarmd en dat compenseert dit weer. Het huis is binnen vrij donker.

Great stay

Lovely 4 night stay in the villa, everything went as planned. Great location for the beach, restaurants and bars . The villa was clean and good size rooms. Sun terrace off the main room for some early evening sunshine.
