We invite you to enjoy tropical tranquil breezes from the Atlantic Ocean side of Marathon and Boot Key Harbor sweeping through the grounds of this spacious DUPLEX property on a 7,500sq ft lot . The warm sunrise welcomes your morning as you wake and take in the views from the rear/ east facing large balcony. You will thoroughly enjoy this large well equipped property after a long day of fishing, sight seeing, beaching, diving/ snorkeling, shopping, dining or wherever your leisure travels may take you. The afternoon sun finds its resting place to the front/ west side of the property blanketing the grounds with much welcomed shade for a relaxing late afternoon resting on the canal side lounge chairs at the rear of the property with gentle tropical breezes that constantly blow thru the property (absolutely perfect lounge chair nap conditions). The covered Breezeway (i.e. our rendition of the “family-cave”) at LUNA BAY BREEZE offers a large patio style “L” shape couch, an additional comfy couch, plenty of seating, dining table, bar/counter top with stools, cook prep area, extra outdoor dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, entertaining cooler, grills and the perfect combination of view, breeze and an open concept gathering area that makes anytime of day or weather perfect
You will enjoy a closet stocked full of great games such as corn hole, huge Jenga, large 4’ tall connect four, giant wooden & regular size dominoes, bingo, horse shoes and MANY more, we are constantly adding new games and outdoor toys for our guests to enjoy.

You will find for your complimentary enjoyment five (6) beach cruiser bicycles, two Paddle boards, nine (9) Kayaks (6 adult , 1 double & 2 youth), ten (10) or more fishing poles, beach chairs & umbrellas, coolers and much more

The private vacation rental unit offers 1,200 sq ft boasting three (3) spacious bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms both with full size tubs. Enjoy the east or west facing private well appointed balconies, a great spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset.

You’ll enjoy preparing meals in the spacious fully equipped kitchen that has everything you may need for cooking & baking for just a few or a whole family & friends. New stainless steel appliances, small appliances (Keurig coffee machine, electric hot water kettle, rice cooker, toaster, waffle maker , juicer, convection oven, pancake skillet, blender), dinner & silverware, utensils, bake & cooking essentials to enhance the kitchen for your convenience and we frequently replace and add new items as needed.
8 Pool/ Beach towels are provided in the unit
We typically stock the unit with the following items to get you started for your arrival & convenience.
Dish sponge & soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen and bathroom trash bags, paper towel, basic cleaning items, toilet paper, Keurig coffee pods & herbal teas, creamers & sugar, 6 liters of bottled water, bathroom amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion & soap

Free WiFi & 42” flat screens in living room, bedrooms 1 & 2 all equipped with streaming TV with smart features

This full concrete construction duplex property has everything you need to relax , enjoy and create a memorable vacation in the Florida Keys.
Two separate apartment style units & shared outdoor space. On-site gated parking (2 cars & 1 boat trailer MAX) and space for a 35’ boat on the canal front 75' concrete seawall with wooden extension dock complete with fish cleaning station and outdoor grill, to prepare all of your daily catches. Enjoy the multiple outdoor spaces for playing, relaxing & dining.

Great Location
Loved this place, it was very relaxing! A great place to chill and relax. We saw manatee’s and iguana’s and even learned how to paddle board! The location is amazing, 5 min from the beach and in the middle of the keys. Will definitely stay again! Danielle is a great host and quickly responds to messages. She provided us with a ton of activities to look into and definitely knows the area.

Summer 2024
We rented Luna Bay Breeze for a week, a family of 8. Plenty of room for veryone, comfortable beds, and stocked with anything and everything! Danielle was great, attentive, and assured our stay was perfect. The access to the Atlantic was a little further out than we had thought it to be, but provided a nice relaxing boat ride through the harbor and mangroves. We would highly recommend Luna Bay Breeze and will more thank likely stay again next year!

Relaxing stay with lots of amenities
We are a family of 6 and had a wonderful stay over spring break. The house was fully stocked and had a lot of amenities (kayaks, bikes, pool, fishing rods, beach umbrellas & chairs, beach towels, grills, ice machines, dock, floating dock, etc.). The coffee bar was a nice touch with k-cups, creamer, and bottled water. We played connect 4, jenga, Bingo, cards, cornhole, etc. outside. The amenities are shared with the other rental tenant (upstairs) but both groups were nice and we had no issues. The owner was very good with communication before and during our stay and texted multiple times.

The property equipment and facilities are top notch. Everything was clean and in good working order. The owner was exceptionally helpful and went way beyond the norm. The kitchen had every conceivable gadget you could want and was well stocked. The only thing we needed to bring were some spices! It is located right in the heart of Marathon, close to all activities. We highly recommend this property!

Had a great time in the keys with the kiddos.The house was great and the owners were wonderful. They answered all questions promptly and they have thought of everything. The kayaks are a great addition to the trip and we never got bored! We will definitely be back!

I dont even know where to start with this trip. This was certainly not our first time to the keys, but it was absolutely the most adventurous! Our first week, however was cold and rainy. We were so very thankful for the space, comfort, and amenities (games, streaming, internet) that were inside the property. I dont want to forget to mention that is was by far the cleanest place we have stayed ANYWHERE. We stayed comfortable and entertained through the unexpected weather. Danielle was very informative of things to see and do. There were quite a few informational flyers and brochures in the apartment. We swam with dolphins! Took our boat out and snorkeled the reefs, I swam with a sea turtle at the reef!! Visited the turtle hospital and the following day we partook in the release of 4 rehabilitated sea turtles! We found an awesome little place called Bongos, where we had delicious lunch and drank in the beer garden while swinging in hammocks. The teen daughter learned to wakeboard there as well. Porkys has great food and putt putt golf. Castaways has a fantastic breakfast! Ask for Anne! So much to sayand so little space to say it. We eneded up staying an extra day because we were just not ready to leave. On our last day there we were visited by a manatee and her baby and, just when i thought it couldnt get an better, a second adult manatee joined along with ANOTHER baby manatee!!! Righ in our canal! It was amazing. They stayed for hours! Like i said,this trip was just perfect

Super Clean
Cleanliness is always a huge concern with VRBO rentals and this place was spotless. Kitchen had every utensil that you would expect at home. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do there own thing when we were not exploring the Keys. Love the location of Marathon 1 hour to Key West and 1 hour and 15 minutes to Key Largo. Lots of restaurants, very casual and great food. The owner Danielle available throughout our stay and we relied on her more than normal for recommendations due to weather that was not beach friendly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again for sharing your home with our family.

Great Location And Amenities
Location is right off US1 and directly on a canal. Couple blocks to shops and grocery stores and a nice bike ride (if you wanted!) to Sombrero beach. This property has tons of games, bikes, kayaks, lounge chairs and a great overall outdoor space. Pool is big enough for a family but could be a bit much if all duplex participants wanted to swim at the same time. Overall we would highly recommend this and would stay again.

Beautiful location
We had an amazing stay at this property! It was peaceful, clean and the property managers made the stay easy and any questions we had were answered quickly. Everything we needed was there and in good working order. We used the grill, bikes and the kayaks, which were a great added bonus. There are tons of games if you are looking for family fun and lots of items we never got to, including the pool! It was beautiful, we just never had enough time to get in! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for the great get away! There was other tenants in the upstairs apartment and they were very pleasant and respectful of privacy as well.

We rented this property in addition to the our regular rental because we had extra family in our group. The apartment was pristine, well stocked, and close to everything in Marathon. Work Trip
The property was very clean with alot of amenities on the canal with a boat dock. Way more than we expected.The owner was very understanding when we had a slight mishap and a dog showed up and was removed quickly. Just a word to the wise no dogs my guys found out the hard way. I would recommend this to anyone heading to the keys for vacation. GREAT PLACE AND LOCATION. Thank you again for your hospitality and I look forward to bringing my family down in the near future.
