4 Keys To Paradise | 5 Bed, 3.5 Bath

Escape, and enjoy your very own slice of paradise.  Ocean-front, this home offers breathtaking panoramic views from all angles. You’ll get to enjoy five spacious bedrooms, 3 Full baths and 1 half bath. The large outdoor terrace has seating in both the shaded deck and open air with sunning chairs, ideal for catching rays. Just steps below, enjoy your very own securely-gated, private beach-side pool with an attached spa. Although this beach is not ideal for swimming because of the soft bay bottom, the private sand volleyball court on the property is sure to stir up some fun!

Just a couple miles away from “town,” you feel as though you are nestled away in your own home away from home. The house offers an open layout perfect for hosting guests, multiple families, or family reunions with a total of 3,200 sq/ft of living area. The living room, overlooking the ocean, has guest seating plus an extra “breakfast nook” to help you feel right at home. The ten-foot-high ceilings extend throughout the house and into the Master Suite which includes a fireplace and walk-in closet, and a luxurious Master Bath.

The downstairs bedrooms include one queen bedroom, a room with two full beds, and the third is the Master Suite with a king. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one king and one queen bedroom.

There is no boat dock on the property. The water is very shallow on the flats with a very soft bottom, it is not recommended launching kayaks or paddleboards at this property.  There are nearby marinas and public ramps.  Or we can set you up with a guide.

Outdoor security cameras are in place however they are not operational at this time.

Great place for a family
We spent Christmas week here….a great get away from New England. The plus of the property is that it really is as pictured in the listing. The pool had hot tub issues but property mgmt was always quick to reset remotely and sent out a pool service technician - had to do this several times during our week. Note, the ocean is NOT for swimming, but is beautiful to look at. The empty lot to the right (in listing pictures) is no longer empty as a house is being built. Thus, there is some construction noise during the day as well as road noise (house is right off Rt. One). There is a fire pit in the sand and the owners provide some wood - very fun. There is a volley ball net in the sand and kids had a great time playing. The owners do a good job of having the seaweed cleared so that “low tide Keys stink” is minimal. The kitchen is pretty well appointed but the frying pans are teflon and are really scratched - if you are worried about forever chemicals bring your own. There is a nice modern Webber grill that works well. There is ample seating both indoor and outdoor on the decks. Make sure to bring shower soap and hangers (there are limited hangers) and your Bluetooth speaker (we forgot ours). Overall it was a great place, very clean, modern, with beautiful views.

The upstairs air conditioning was not working. We contacted the property manager and were told they would have someone out that day. No one ever showed up and we were there a week. My son finally got it working after spending several hours working on it. The downstairs bathroom shower leaked the entire visit and flooded the bathroom every time someone took a shower and they said they knew about it and it "needed a part". We never could get the pool heat/spa to work right. It just seemed to go on/off randomly. We were definitely overcharged and underwhelmed.

great location for visiting the keys
This property is about halfway down the keys which makes visiting any key a short drive (key west was 1 hour 30 minute drive), so you can experience all the keys have to offer. The house itself was stunning with your own private beach, pool and hot tub, unfortunately the beach leading into water was soft and you sink about 6 inches or more if you try to walk out into ocean (but we were made aware of that before booking), there are several beaches like Bahia Honda State Park beach that are a short drive away and are amazing. I would recommend the property include some water amenities like canoes, paddle boards, kayaks or snorkel masks which would enhance the stay, beyond that I would recommend this property to anyone.

A Wonderful Stay in Marathon, Florida Keys
We recently stayed at this beautiful property in Marathon, Florida Keys. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to others. The house was recently remodeled and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would unquestionably stay here again! Property Description Updates While the property description was mostly accurate, we suggest one update. The "Upper Level Master Bedroom" might be better described as an "Upper Level Bedroom" since it shares a hallway bathroom, rather than having a private en-suite. Minor Critiques We have a few small critiques, but these should not deter anyone from staying at this lovely property: 1 The front outside stairs were somewhat slippery and had sharp edges. Our group found them to be dangerous, so caution is advised. 2 The downstairs master bedroom shares a wall with the main living room, and an open vent allows sound to travel between the two rooms. This could be an issue for those who want to sleep early while others are still awake in the living room. 3 The property description accurately states that the water is shallow and has a soft bottom, making it unsuitable for launching kayaks or paddleboards. The beach/shore is indeed muddy, so be prepared for a less-than-ideal entrance to the Atlantic Ocean. No one in our group attempted it. Overall Experience Despite these minor issues, we loved our stay at this property. The house was in fantastic condition. We highly recommend this property!

Wonderful
Will definitely stay here again. 12 guests ranging from family, friends and teenagers. Wonder property with great amenities. Would love to see some directions for the hot tub and TV remotes but those are minor issues. Great communication with the host.

Friend & Family Spring Break
We traveled with my daughter, her friends and their parents for their spring break. The house was set up well for our needs. Enjoyed the pool and outside space. Beautiful sunrises enjoyed from the balcony and beach each morning. Had some questions and Sandy was responsive to our messages. Visited the aquarium, the turtle hospital/recuse, snorkeled in Islamorada and visited Key West. House was clean and well equipped. We would return to 4 Keys House if we come back to the Marathon area in the future.

Beautiful House with Great View
We stayed here for two weeks and loved it. Great location - very private and convenient. The house is well equipped, it had everything we needed. It’s a stunning view of the ocean. The pool and patio were our favorite places, very spacious and again the view was beautiful. One awkward issue is that the master bathroom does not have a door and the toilet is located right at the entrance to the bathroom. Consequently, privacy at times is an issue. It did not deter the enjoyment of our vacation and stay.

Slice of Heaven
We could not have picked a better home to spend two weeks enjoying time with our family. The house is beautiful!! The view is stunning. I couldn't help looking out every day and thinking how lucky we were to have found such a beautiful place. Watching the birds and boats on the water every day was so peaceful. We loved the pool and hot tub and spent most of our day in one or the other. lt had plenty of space for all of us to spread out and yet had room for us to sit together and enjoy meals and games. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. The location is a short drive to all of our favorite places to eat. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions/requests. We will most definitely be returning...as we sit looking at snow and freezing at home we wish it was tomorrow!!!

Drinking coffee & watching the sunrise from the porch was amazing. Gorgeous views of the water from most of the rooms. Our grandsons had a blast swimming in the pool, playing volleyball, cracking coconuts & searching for iguanas & crabs on the property.

An awesome amount of fun
This house was perfect. The view is amazing and the patio and pool area are as relaxing and inviting as the photos show. Everything is quite modern and up-to-date to make you feel right at home. We filled the 5 bedrooms and yet the house did not feel anywhere near crowded. One of the better rentals I've experienced and for that we are grateful. Only suggestion is you come in and double-check the cleaning crew between guest arrivals. Could have been better - specifically bathrooms. Luckily my wife travels with disinfectant wipes and all was good in short order. Thank you for the nice stay.

Awesome home. Two decks. First class.
Great home. Pool, hot tub, two decks and basically a private place as no close neighbors. We loved the location and didn't mind the couldn't go in the water as it's boggy. We did recommend they include a welcome letter with how to use the pool/hot tub remote control but other than that it was a great house/location.

Nice house but very disappointed
The on line listing was inaccurate. Said there were two master suites. There was only one. Said there were 4 bathrooms. There were 3-1/2. Doesn’t seem like a big deal but we wouldn’t have rented had we known. We’re a group in our late 50’s. Not into sharing bathrooms. The pool heater was broken so we could not use the pool. I would expect a refund of some sort. We basically had a house without a pool The floors were so dirty that our feet would be black.

Wonderful and fantastic place. Clean, modern with tons of on site amenities (i.e. grill, pool, beach volleyball, smart TVs). It was a pleasure and joy to spend our Thanksgiving Holiday at this wonderful property! Highly, highly recommended!
