"Our stay at sea gate was just amazing, I think anyone with a family should stay here and avoid staying at hotels , you get the luxury of a five star hotel but the feeling of being home , everything you need is available to accommodate you and your family for an amazing time . The place is very clean and the view down to the Dead Sea is amazing. You also have your private heated pool the overlooks the Dead Sea. This place is just amazing all around , also let’s not forget the staff who work there...

"Very helpful staff (especially Manuel) but a few issues. They didn't seem to know I was coming so had to work quickly to fully prepare the room. But they did well and it was very comfortable - good airconditioning, lovely sunset view over the Dead Sea, comfy bed. Breakfast didn't happen at 8am as planned and there was still nobody to be seen when we had to leave at 8.30, so we put the key on the front desk and let ourselves out."

"O grande senão deste hotel foi a sua localização. Não é que esteja longe do Mar Morto, pois até está perto. Mas para lá chegar, são várias ruas sem sinalização, cheias de mato, que nem o GPS reconhece. Já quanto ao hotel, o staff é simpático embora tenha sido um bocado difícil a comunicação em Inglês. O quarto era bastante grande, e no geral, foi uma boa relação qualidade/preço"

"Nous avons pris cet hôtel pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport d’Amman, hôtel moyen. Personne sur place on a dû téléphoner au numéro placardé sur la porte et attendre un moment avant que quelqu’un vienne."

"Rooms were clean and spacious, apartment features were perfect for our 2-week stay. Our host, Khalid, was incredibly helpful and the staff on-site were friendly and courteous. Kids loved the playground and we appreciated the ease of access to the main road and easy in/out for taxis and cars."

"Leak in the bathroom, smell of tobacco, no towels. But the staff brought towels right away. Google Maps had trouble finding the place but the staff was very helpful."

"The keeper at property will ask for extra money for non sense things! The reservation changed in last minute while driving there so I had to take whatever option available! The deal I paid for includes heated pool but on arrival i paid 35$ just for the heated pool cash! Pool remained cold! The owner so nice and available but the keeper was annoying! "

"First off when we arrived around 11:20 am The place wasn’t ready for checking in , we had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes… After we checked in come to find out that the pool was not clean , hadn’t been used or cleaned in a while , green mold that clearly and visibly on the pool floor , kitchen had no coffee and tea pot to use , very basic kitchen supplies provided, in the bathrooms there was only 3 towels , no cleaning supplies to clean with , bed sheets and blankets were all dust and sand ,...
