"I love all the woodwork on the first floor (its what made me select the place), but the owner needs to spend some $$ to fix it up, its really looking tired. They also need to put a little more effort into trimming the yard. Its the whole first floor and basement of a large house. There are separate apts above (Not connected other then front entrance) There was some confusion with one of the apt tenets about parking, but they were nice and we easily figured out a solution. All in all I liked...

"Check-in was easy. The house was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Wifi worked well. And the host left a few snacks. If you stay there, also go eat at the Little Oven restaurant on Minnehaha Avenue! It has "Grumpy Old Men" vibes but was SO good!"

"The unit itself was great. Very clean, well equipped, quiet and convenient for what we had planned. The check in process was very confusing. The address took us to a different location (around the back), the key fobs were not working to access the building off the parking garage, and were not working to check out. This had nothing to do with the unit or the stay though besides it was frustrating trying to get back inside. When I texted or called for help it was prompt and they tried to resolve...
