"It was a wonderful place to call home base for a couple days and will probably stay again since I am in Florence frequently. I do recommend using Fleabusters to treat the floors and furniture for fleas. My dogs started scratching the day after we got there. That is the only reason it got 4 stars. "This rental is a downstairs unit of a new build house. There is parking space in the driveway. You must descend a staircase to access the unit. Everything is nice, new, and beautifully done. "We had a great time the house is a short walk to Heceta beach and it was wonderful. The house is very clean and had everything ww needed except food. We went to the old town city hall parking lot and watched the beautiful fireworks display they put on for the 4th of July. The house is a little old and has some creaky stairs but that was all part of our vibe. Our family is old and a few of us have some creaking going on so we fit like a glove. Thanks for letting us make some great memories."
