"This was hands down the most beautiful location we have ever stayed! It is like your own little private slice of heaven. From the height the property is at, it was easy to see whales out in the ocean, and the sunsets over the water were beautiful. The upstairs apartment was perfect for our needs as it was just my husband and I. The only negatives was that the upstairs bed was murder on our backs. Halfway through our visit we started sleeping in the downstairs bed, which was much more...

"We have stayed at this spot multiple times now, and love it every time - if it's sunny and beautiful, or rainy and cozy. It has everything you need and we really like the one room kitchen/living room layout upstairs, with the bedrooms/bathroom downstairs. Also great to have the deck when it's sunny to sit with coffee and a book and listen to and see the ocean. We will definitely be back!"

"This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. It comfortably fit our family of 3 2 small dogs. Property was clean and view of the ocean was perfect. We loved the quick walk to the beach."

"Best condo in Seaside"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Commons. The units are very thoughtfully designed, well maintained, stocked with all amenities and perfect for families. The game room and turf lawn are an added bonus!"

"Great for good and bad weather! A short walk to the beach on a sunny day and cozy to stay in while watching football on a stormy night. Nice a clean, easy to check in/out. We love having a washer/dryer in case we slip in the mud while hiking many of the trails along the beautiful coastline. The hosts are easy to contact if we have any questions. Thank you for making your home available to the public."

"We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony watching the ocean and the rain. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Seaside for shops, the carousel mall and restaurants. Three beds for 3 adults was perfect; they were very comfortable. "

"Great house, just the right size! Out of the way location in a quiet area with beach access just across the street. A harem of elk were our amost daily visitors. Privacy between bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would recommend it to our friends."

"This property is very spacious and has a fabulous view. The kitchen is well stocked with any kitchen item you would ever need. The place is clean and everything is in good working order. What a treat to have a theater! This place was perfect for our women’s retreat, but it would also be great for families. Another super feature was the friendliness and accessibility of owner Jen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!!"

"Really liked the location of the place! Lots of walkable things around and so close to the beach. The bathroom could use a good deep cleaning and it was odd that you could not turn off the gas fireplace. It was still quite warm while we went and it would have been nice to able to turn it off. "

"We spent a long weekend in Seaside and this house was perfect! 3 blocks from the beach and a few more from the downtown corridor where all the restaurants and shopping is located. We enjoyed being close enough to walk to everything. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked with the basics. Would absolutely recommend and we'd stay again! Thank you!"

"It's a 100 yard walk to the beach through dunes. Just a block or two away from the promenade. There is plenty of space and a large closet that would be great for a play pen. There are no black out curtains in the rooms, the tub drained slowly. It's an old house that hasn't been updated much but not terrible. Great price for a great view and access to the beach. We had a lovely trip."

"Staff were really nice and accommodating. We came at 2pm and allowed us to check-in early. Very clean and well-stocked with supplies. Kids wanted to use the hot tub outside but had a hard time figuring out on how to open it. Shoutout out to Cherry (?) who went above and beyond by coming over even if it was already 8pm to help us set it up. My kids had a great time because of your extra effort. Would love to stay here again. "

"With a gorgeous view of the ocean and positioned right on the promenade, this was a great location to relax and get some walking in too. The interior could use a little upgrading but everything worked fine. Would stay again."
