Nice style and design of buildings.
This property has a huge problem. I booked through Expedia no problem but they including the manager forced be to double pay for my booking. Their website did not have any rooms available and did NOT do a booking with zero confirmation and said no rooms available. Then I booked in Expedia. When I checked out it took over an hour because they were making me pay all over again and do a double payment because the hotels website saved the rooms and they wanted me to pay for them all again even though their website said no rooms available and I did not get a booking confirmation. Extremely unacceptable. I then heard from two other people that this exact same thing happened to them and they were forced to double pay on checkout because the website of Las Hadas saved rooms even though it said no rooms available and no confirmation but they had to double pay on checkout. The manager even knew that this is what had happened and why would I book two extra rooms and he still made me pay on my credit card at checkout. Cannot believe this happened . Completely unacceptable when they know it is their fault and their website that doesn't work. Will NOT be ever returning to this property for obvious reasons.
