Room 209 was a terrible experience. The shower leaks, and water actually started seeping up through the floor. To make matters worse, we found a poodle in the room when we arrived. We informed the front desk, and a manager came to inspect the water, asking if we had spilled anything ourselves, clearly not the case. The room was dirty, smelled of mold, and the furniture was falling apart.
They also overcharged my credit card $167 instead of the $107 I had paid through Expedia. Although they did issue a refund after I pointed it out, it felt dishonest and makes me wonder how often this happens.
If youāre paying at the hotel, double-check your charges. I canāt recommend this place, and I truly donāt understand how it qualifies as a 3-star hotel.
