This charming modern beach house is perfectly positioned just 100m from Manyana Beach.

Grab your towel and board, head through the back gate and you'll be crossing the dunes in one minute.

The house is light and airy with polished wood floors, raked ceilings and sliding doors leading to a large, covered entertaining deck.

There are four bedrooms, the master having an ensuite bathroom and walk in robe.

Beds are 2 x queen and 5 x single.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. There's a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, bread-making machine and slow cooker.

In cooler months, an Italian pellet stove (pellets supplied) brings instant warmth and a romantic real-flame glow.

Books, puzzles and free Wifi will keep everyone occupied when not swimming, surfing or exploring all the gorgeous beaches nearby.

The outdoor area includes a deck with 8-seat dining setting, comfortable seating area and gas BBQ for those relaxing alfresco dinners.

There’s an outdoor shower for rinsing off and a large lawned backyard that’s perfect for the kids to let off steam.

A firepit in the garden invites guests to toast marshmallows and take in the incredible night sky.

There's an abundance of bird life, including families of black cockatoos which feed in the forest opposite the house.

Kangaroos routinely visit Manyana playing fields, a short stroll through the reserve. Here you will find tennis and basketballs courts (bring own equipment), playground and a skate park.

Bendalong has an excellent village shop and café. Coffee and gourmet meals can also be found at The Deli in Cunjurong Point.

For everything else the quaint township of Milton is just 20 minutes away or Ulladulla 30 minutes down the highway, you can also get your groceries delivered by Woolworths.
