"This was our fourth time staying here for our annual trip. We all enjoy the layout of this house for gathering our group together. The location is close to wineries, the view is amazing and the pool and hot tub are perfect for our group. Bonnie/property management is always available by phone or text."

"We had a terrific time at the house, which was great for all ranges of ages in our family (from 1 to 75). Pool was wonderful, deck was ideal for sitting and looking at either the lake or the stars. The owner Matt was very responsive to a couple of our requests. Fully equipped kitchen for making our meals, and very close to Manson for quick trips to town. We will definitely consider returning. "

"This house was perfect for my family. It was a little outdated but everything works. People complain about the furniture being old but I thought it was great (broke in and comfy) location perfect quiet not to close to anyone else but super convenient to store, shops and boat rentals. Basketball hoop outside and ping pong table awesome along with pool. A couple bad things was not a lot of pans and baking dishes and knives are not good at all. Family and I definitely planning to return next year"

"Great location, walking distance to everything. Great hot tub and pool. As advertised. Reached out to the property manager about a fridge issue and did not hear back for about 36 hours. Thankfully fridge started working ok, definitely not as cold as it should be though. Overall would absolutely stay here again."

"Great location for walking to coffee, a couple places to eat and a couple places for wine. Dock just a short walk where you can rent boats and jet skis or have friends pick you up like we did. My only 2 complaints were the parking is very minimal and awkward. The parking behind the building was also not ideal and I was not comfortable leaving it back there. "Broken couch, TV remotes don't even belong to the TV, so you have to download an app if you want to use it. The downstairs chair was dangerous and tips over if it's not against the wall. The kitchen and main floors were very sticky and had spilled sticky drinks left to dry. We had to wash floors before doing anything. They provided 3 washcloths - yes, three, when we had 11 people reserved. Only a few hand towels that we had to hunt for. One lamp was BROKEN and left laying on the bed table. ...

"If you want enough room for all with beautiful views and a fabulous private pool, this is your place! There were 10 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room. Comfortable beds, big kitchen and lovely deck. My only negative critique is that as a family we all congregate in the kitchen and family room. Either to play games or watch movies. While there is a big playroom that is nice and comfortable downstairs, the family room attached to the kitchen is not comfortable for a family of 10....

Our only issue was the next door neighbor was doing major construction that started around 7:15 am and continued until 8:00 pm when we asked if they would stop.
