People complain about the furniture being old but I thought it was great (broke in and comfy) location perfect quiet not to close to anyone else but super convenient to store, shops and boat rentals. Basketball hoop outside and ping pong table awesome along with pool. A couple bad things was not a lot of pans and baking dishes and knives are not good at all. Family and I definitely planning to return next year"

"The view was spectacular and very convenient location. The condo was spacious and had a great kitchen too. We loved location and the beds were all comfortable. We would highly recommend. The host was very responsive and was excellent communicator. This is a great spot for families. We loved our stay! "

"Broken couch, TV remotes don't even belong to the TV, so you have to download an app if you want to use it. The downstairs chair was dangerous and tips over if it's not against the wall. The kitchen and main floors were very sticky and had spilled sticky drinks left to dry. We had to wash floors before doing anything. They provided 3 washcloths - yes, three, when we had 11 people reserved. Only a few hand towels that we had to hunt for. One lamp was BROKEN and left laying on the bed table. ...

"The address I was given on few emails they sent took us 18miles past the house to a vacant abandon farm house, I had to really dig for house address. the instructions said house keys are on the front door pad lock, well nowhere in the description did it say it was on a post near the front door which is very hidden, I called manager for location of pad lock, and wouldn’t open was old and janky. The house was beautiful, old cabin charm. The views were great.The bed (king) the most was hard as a...

"We found our unit very clean. A quiet neighborhood in October. Nice appliances. A well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Our only complaint, was we had to reset the WiFi 3 0f the 5 mornings we stayed. A nice fenced in backyard for our small dog euiped with puppy poop bags. "

"I prefer this hotel to one of the run down condos in Chelan (which have no view anyway). I was here in the off season, but it was very quiet. It says there is no desk but there are plenty of staff that I saw if you need anything. It’s in a good location if you want to be removed. My room was clean and the bathroom is modern so it is convenient."
