Welcome to Casa Vista Linda, your ultimate retreat in the heart of Lake Chelan! This spacious home is a great destination for family vacations, reunions, and gatherings with friends. With a private pool and hot tub, plenty of room on 3 levels, you'll see why we have returning guests each year!

The heart of the home lies in the expansive deck, where outdoor dining and a fire table provide the perfect setting for el fresco gatherings and unforgettable evenings under the stars. Take a dip in the seasonally heated pool or unwind in the hot tub, soaking in the tranquil ambiance and enjoying panoramic views of the lake and mountains.

Inside, Casa Vista Linda boasts vibrant lake vibes and colorful decor, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere for your stay. Challenge friends to a game of ping pong in the downstairs recreation space, or schedule a movie night with the family in the cozy living area.

While summers are incredible, this home offers year-round beauty and excitement with snow-capped mountains visible in the winter months.

CHELAN COUNTY VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CASA VISTA LINDA:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 6
3. Quiet Hours: 9pm-8am (Sun-Thu) & 10pm-8am (Fri-Sat)
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties (including dogs)
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans


VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF MANSON OR COUNTY OF CHELAN AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation by the county (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction
4. Homeowners & hosts may lose their permit to operate

PLEASE NOTE:
*Parking allows for a maximum of six cars and parking is tight. We suggest guests try to carpool as best as possible.


BOATS & TRAILERS:
Unfortunately, this property does not have space for a trailer. Parking is tight and the long driveway does not allow for a trailer to be turned around. If you're bringing a boat, please let us know, we can provide options about parking and where to launch.


CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
For security purposes, we have three outdoor surveillance cameras. Tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination, eviction and forfeitures of all funds. The Property has one surveillance camera that looks at the front of the property, one that overlooks the side parking area and driveway, and one that looks at the west end of the property, including the pool and hot tub. These cameras monitor weather, package deliveries, guest & neighbor/neighborhood security and assisting guests who may have trouble with the digital front door lock.


HOT TUB & POOL MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub and pool maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Mondays & Thursdays in the high season. Hot tub maintenance occurs before guests arrive and on Thursdays during the low season.
*If guests refuse or turn service away, this will be an $85 charge to the guest.


VISITING LAKE CHELAN:
Lake Chelan has much to offer to every group and family. When you're not water skiing, boating, swimming at the lake or wine tasting, you can enjoy all that downtown Manson has to offer and stroll home. In the winter time, take in the beautiful snow capped mountains and come enjoy the many events Manson and Chelan put on (Christmas at the Lake, Winterfest, Red Wine & Chocolate, and winery hosted dinners).


GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
*Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits

Beautiful views! Fabulous pool!
If you want enough room for all with beautiful views and a fabulous private pool, this is your place! There were 10 adults in our group and we all had plenty of room. Comfortable beds, big kitchen and lovely deck. My only negative critique is that as a family we all congregate in the kitchen and family room. Either to play games or watch movies. While there is a big playroom that is nice and comfortable downstairs, the family room attached to the kitchen is not comfortable for a family of 10. There was a TV, but only a love seat with a few chairs for sitting and chatting. That said we would love to come back. If for nothing else but for the fabulous pool!! It is by far the best private pool we have had. It could not be more perfect! You will not be disappointed!!

What we liked/loved Nice, spacious home with room for everyone. The kitchen was very well equipped, we did not miss a single thing from home. The views are amazing. The deck and fire pit were a great place to hangout. The games and ping pong table came in handy given the weather. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. What we wish was better The heated pool - well didn’t heat up much to be enjoyed. It was in 60’s during the day and low 40’s at night. The pool never heated enough for everyone to enjoy. The host did come to check in and informed us that the temps at night were cooling things off. Also that it was a new addition. We appreciated the quick communication and check-in. We were really bummed that the major draw to the house (the heated pool)which also made us accept the high price was not usable.

Fantastic spot

Great for Large Groups
I want to start by saying we loved this house! It has the perfect amount of space for our large family - 8 adults, 1 child, 1 infant, and 2 dogs. No one felt crowded and we even had an extra bedroom! The pool was lovely and we definitely made it worth it. We swam for hours each day! The property owner was extremely helpful and sent a pool cleaner right away when we asked - there was a wind storm and a lot debris fell into the pool. We also loved the location. Being so close to Manson and the lake was great. The only note we would have is that there were a few things that may need updating, just for general safety. First, the pool was not fully fenced, there is one side of the pool deck that has a wood counter with no fencing underneath, making it very easy to get around the fence. Second, shoes are needed on the deck. We had multiple sliver incidents and caught our feet on the deck screwheads a few times.Third, there's a glass panel missing from the bench seating on the deck - making it easy to fall over.

We had a great stay! View is stunning! The pool is clean and water temperature is perfect. Wrap around deck is great to have specially with our fur babies. Kids had a great time making s’mores. We will definitely staying again!

Our stay at Casa Vista Linda
My husband and I have lots of kids (7). As they’ve moved into adulthood, we have enjoyed finally going on vacations with all of them. Some of them now have families of their own. We’ve stayed at a lot of rental homes around the country. This place is one of the best places we’ve stayed. The view is stunning. The home comfortably sleeps everyone, not just one room with bunk beds. The host thought of everything, all the details are considered. Communication was excellent. We also really appreciate that they allow dogs. We would love to go back!

Early Family Thanksgiving
This Property was very well equipped with everything we could need!! The Kitchen had High end pots and pans and plenty of them!! there was enough silverware, dishes & glasses That we were not scrambling to was up extras in between meals. The beds were comfortable with extra soft cuddle blankets! There was nothing we wanted for. Sean and Carissa were very caring and quick to respond to all of my questions. The property management also checked in on us to ensure all was well!!

Beautiful views and beautiful property!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property for the week. The amount of bedrooms, kitchen, and outdoor areas were perfect for gathering. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed use of the hot tub. There is one bathroom per level, just to be aware that there aren’t any en suites. Location is close to a few restaurants and a quick drive to the market down the street. We had a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation home
Had the best time! Tons of room for everyone! The pool and hot tub were awesome, swam everyday. Big deck for everyone to enjoy, sat around the fire during the evenings with our new wines from the area wineries. Kitchen has everything you need and great to have towels for the pool. Big couch downstairs with large TV for a movie night. Will definitely come back to this home!! Check in & out was super easy as well.

We stayed at this VRBO for the days preceding our daughter's wedding. We needed a lot of room and wanted a beautiful place to stay. Sean and Carissa were so very nice. Easy to work with and had a great response time. Their house cleaner was also extremely nice. She even brought a bouquet of flowers to my daughter. The house was private and had gorgeous views. Kitchen is stocked with anything you could need. Great place to stay!

Lake Chelan Family Vacation
Our family of 12 recently spent a week at the property. We had a wonderful time, but also want to give some constructive feedback. Checkin and communication with owner were good. The property is one of the few which had space for our large group and allowed pets which is a huge positive. The pool and spa were a big hit with the summer temperatures being so warm. The pool was large enough for our group of 12 to enjoy themselves without running into each other. The pool tended to get dirty towards the end of the week due to the amount of use and trees near the pool. Pool service came on Sunday just as we were leaving and I assume it was serviced just prior to our arrival. The house itself was what you would expect for a vacation rental. Pretty basic but functional. Beds were comfortable with clean linens and towels. The house was clean upon arrival. Extra propane tank for the grill was nice. Now for some constructive feedback. The deck could really use an upgrade. The patio furniture has no cushions and there is no patio umbrella. This made eating outside nearly impossible in the sun/heat. The cushions around the fire-pit area were cheap and uncomfortable. The view is becoming just a peak-a-boo view because trees are blocking a lot of it. Why not cut back some of the trees? The screws holding the deck boards down were backing out leaving exposed screw heads for you to catch your feet on (definitely a safety concern for kids). With some basic upgrades the deck could be a huge positive for this property but instead we hardly used it. The kitchen was good size, but lacks storage for your food. You basically have to put all your food on the counter tops which attracts sugar ants. The appliances are showing their age and could use an upgrade considering the premium price of this property. As an example, the oven door had problems staying closed. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you might need, but a lot of the pots and pans were well used. We would suggest some more acrylic cups and dishes considering the floor is concrete and people wanting to take things down to the pool area. The WIFI and TV's worked great. We would suggest a simple coffee table in the living room for guests to gather around. Downstairs play area was well used and fun. Washer and dryer was a definite plus and got some use during the week. Overall, good property that could be great with a few upgrades/upkeep.

The house and pool were amazing. Contacting someone for assistance was almost immediate with a response. No complaints at all, just wish the trees were trimmed down for better views of the lake and the kitchen/dining area had shades to pull for the afternoon sun/heat.

Amazing Home for a Large Group
This was the PERFECT home for our growing family - 8 adults and 3 little ones. We had a couple of friends in and out as well. The layout worked really well for us. We loved having our own private pool, with amazing views of the lake. Sean and Carissa are wonderful property managers, super responsive and care very much about their property. We all felt very comfortable in this home. Two things that would have been "nice to have" are an umbrella for the deck - the deck gets very hot midday. It would have been nice to have a little shaded area there, especially with the little kids. Also, an empty cupboard or two to store our grocery items. We had to store everything on the kitchen counters. Otherwise, all was great. We will be back!

It could have used at least one unfilled pantry cupboard to put groceries in we bought as there was no place to store those items except on the kitchen counter. Overall the house was in a quiet neighborhood with good views of the lake. The house has 3 levels and very steep stairs ways so if you have issues with stairs beware...I recently had knee surgery and am still dealing with lack of bending my knee all the way but managed to navigate the stairs slowly. The biggest draw to us renting this house was having the pool and being able to bring our dogs. Over the past 20 years of coming to Lake Chelan we have rented many houses and stayed at many different locations. It's hard to find places that will allow your pets so this was a big draw as to why we were willing to pay so much for this rental for our 7 day stay. The other big for us as I mentioned was the pool. Having a private pool is quite a luxury and again the price we paid was worth it to us...but the day of our check-in I received a text from Sean indicating that the pool had a broken filter part and that it was on order. He mentioned the pool was still usable and that a pool service person would come every other day to check on the pool to make sure the pool was clean and chemical levels were good. The was alot of stuff floating in the pool as well as bugs in it & we couldn't locate any type of pool net to clean out debris that had come into the pool. I contacted Sean and he responded quickly that he would send to pool service person out the next morning. Sean and the pool service person arrived the next day and cleaned the pool with nets and added extra chlorine and also left a net for us to be able to clean out debris that blew into the pool and what not. The pool stayed moderately clean that day but lots of stuff kept collecting in the pool without the use of the pool filter helping to keep it clean. The filter part that was ordered never arrived during our 7 day stay...I understand this was not the fault of the owners nor can they control when things break at a rental house...but it was just very disappointing that we had to deal with this issue on and off during our stay. We had to use the pool net to clean the pool ourselves every time we wanted to use it as it collected bugs and tree debris constantly. For the price I paid to rent this house this issue really bothered me but what can you do.

The family had a great time at that Casa Vista Linda. There was always something to do when we were home: swimming, hot rubbing, ping pong, video games. The TVs never got turned on. Lovely house!
