"We had an absolutely delightful stay at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, providing us with all the comfort we could ask for. The exterior amenities, including the pool and the well-kept patio area, made for perfect mornings and evenings spent outdoors. The property owner was incredibly attentive and hospitable, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a relaxing and luxurious getaway!"

"House was big and roomy but not enough furniture, needed bed side tables more chairs advertised as sleeps 10 but only seated 7. Maybe a 4 seat breakfast table in the kitchen. Thankfully we brought our own forks knives and spoons because it would be hard to have Christmas dinner with only 5 forks. Other than the small stuff it was very enjoyable to have the family all together.."

"The house was big and clean, however the TV is very small (size of a desktop). Dining table only seats up to six but there are 2 bar stools, in total it can seat 8 people but since the house can accommodate up to 12 people I think dining table can be larger. There's a bit of listing inaccuracy as it says in the VRBO page, there a 4 bathrooms but there are only 3 bathrooms where somebody can take a shower. The other bathroom is a only a powder downstairs. Overall, the house is new, nice and...

"This place was perfect for our golf weekend. We had 22 people and enjoyed every second of it. The property is beautiful, and with a large group we were looking for somewhere away from neighbors and this was perfect."

"Orangeville is a great town, this property is located SE side of town near the hospital but great easy access to town. Property Manager was very easy to get a hold of no major issues for our stay. I do suggest bringing paper towels or napkins was not able to locate on the property."

"This was the perfect little cottage. It felt very quiet and cozy by the river amongst the trees. There are so many charming details in the place, it was everything we needed. Our little cat also had a great time :) We will keep this place in mind for future getaways. Charming host, lovely property! "
