"We stayed at this lovely rental in November 2024. It’s a lovely, quaint cottage in the perfect location for all of the things we wanted to do in the area. "We enjoyed our stay, with beautiful views from the balcony, and a very serene and quiet area! located at the foot of the Manitou incline and Barr trail. The home was cozy and very clean. The stairs in and out were a workout, especially after hiking, but we made it! Host was great at communicating and accommodating us! "

"The house is convenient to downtown Colorado Springs, making it easy to access everything we needed. There were great dining options within walking distance. However, the home is smaller than the photos suggest. It was clean and decently stocked, but the living room couch was replaced with an uncomfortable IKEA sofa that fits only 4 people closely. The only other seating options are the 3 wooden chairs and 2 decorative chairs in the dining area. All beds were uncomfortable and felt like sleeping...
