"It was a pleasurable stay in the Train Car hotel for our stopover in Waitomo. Very cute and cozy. Had all the amenities we needed. Just recommend keeping the interior doors open at night to keep both the bathroom and kitchen/living room area warm. "

"This is the second time I've started here at Fairview Bach. Love the location, which is away from everything. Enjoyed a cosy fire in the main room, went for a beach walk in Mokau, had a nicer night at the pub. There is a van available for pick up and drop off which we made use of, was great!"

"The surrounding is beautiful and close bye everything where we came for. Many lamps didn’t work. There were no pictures of the 2 sleeping eras below in the ship on the information site. They had no comfort and had not a pleasant smell, what keep some of us awake. All in all much too expensive what we got!"

"We stayed for 1 night. The accommodation has everything you need. It was quirky and fun. All rooms very clean and comfortable. Our child loved the bunk bed room. We were very happy to have the milk and bread etc. The night sky was amazing to see from here. Would thoroughly recommend!"
